Abstract: Acquiring the thickness of slag layer in continuous casting tundish accurately is beneficial to continous casting stably, and improves enterprise benefit. A new method to measure the thickness of slag layer in continuous casting tundish, based on temperature information is put forward in the papers. A measuring bar, made of Refractory Material, was inserted into the tundish to perceive the temperature. Then the thickness of slag layer may be obtained accurately by temperature interface between air layer and slag layer, and slag layer and molten steel layer. After applying to the slag layer thickness measurement in steel metallurgy field, it has a favorable application prospects because of the measuring error about less than 2.6mm.

Abstract: In existing researches on the spread of A-H share dual-listed companies, turnover rate is generally regarded as a proxy for liquidity, which ignores the speculative meaning of turnover. In fact, high turnover rate often reflects strong speculative characteristics of investors in A share market. In this paper the true meaning of turnover rate is considered that it’s unreasonable to use turnover rate as a proxy for liquidity. The turnover rate of dual-listed companies is not reflected as liquidity but speculation in A share market. And the meaning of turnover rate of dual-listed companies is not clear in H share market.

Abstract: Macroporous ZnO nanofilms were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal reaction. The products exhibit noticable hydrogen storage capacity and big BET surface area. The present work shows that the nanostructures of products are important to their electrochemical hydrogen storage performances. On the other hand, the low cost, convenient process, good reproducibility, high yield, and clean reactions of the present synthetic method make it possible to scale it up to industrial production.

Abstract: To reduce the complexity of AVS pixel motion vector search, this paper proposes a improved AVS pixel motion estimation UMHexagonS algorithm. The algorithm adds the improve of advanced new array and adaptive adjustment search template. To the video sequence of different motion feature, compare with UMHexagonS algorithm, in the case of mean PSNR descend less than 0.01dB and bitrate only mean increase 0.54%, the time of pixel motion estimation is reduced by 8.72%~20.25% and the calculated amount of pixel motion estimation is also reduced.

Abstract: Two range-free node localization schemes modified from the conventional DV-Hop scheme are presented in this work. Different node position derivation algorithms are used to enhance the localization accuracy of DV-Hop. The principle of the algorithms and the improvement approach are illustrated. Simulation shows that the modified schemes outperform the original scheme in terms of the localization accuracy as the network connection topology varies.

Abstract: In this essay ,introduce the design of Telemedicine Consultation System (TCS) ,then describe the chief functions and structure, analyse the key techique to realize the system. Namely with complete SIP protocol mechanisms to realize session and the establishment of termination, media part adopts JMF to realize the audio and video data acquisition, processing, sending and receiving, played, and other functions, graphical interface part adopts Java Swing realization, and image compression and audio, video processing technology.

Abstract: In the paper, an image mosaic algorithm based on SIFT feature matching is proposed. For an image mosaic method based on feature matching, feature detection is needed to perform in each image. Thus a rapid detection operator is essential to the efficiency of the whole algorithm. In this paper, we use SIFT to extract features. The extracted features are matched by k-d tree and bidirectional matching strategy to enhance the accuracy of matching. Then, a RANSAC algorithm is applied to eliminate outliers to ensure effectiveness of the matching. Finally images are stitched by weighted average blending algorithm. The presented algorithm overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional image mosaic methods which are susceptible to different scale and moving objects, and can achieve sub-pixel accuracy of matching and algorithm is still available to the images at different scale. Experimental results show that the method with strong robustness performs effectively.

Abstract: This paper presents a systolic bit-parallel multiplier with flexible latency and complexity over GF(2m) using polynomial basis. Via the employment of shift register array and pipeline strategy, the multiplier designed in this paper is able to work pipelining parallel with smaller critical path. A cell which could reach the function of reducing the input operand’s degree by one and add the results of different degrees together is created in this paper. The systolic bit-parallel multiplier can be made of several such cells. Several multipliers which have different latencies and complexities with pipeline strategy are created with further discuss, the comprehensive performances of these designs are estimated with the parameter of area-time. At the end of the page, we compare the systolic bit-parallel multiplier of this paper with a certain number of typical designs these years, the result shows that the design in this paper obtains a comprehensive performance improvement by 70%, 27% and 31%.

Abstract: Based on BPEL,Web services can be composed into complex business process. However, BEPL does neither support to modify Web services during the execution of business process nor provide the mechanism of optimal service. In order to solve these problems, this paper gives a dynamic Web services optimal composition framework grounded on the BPEL and QoS. By using the dynamic binding function of QoS components and the dynamic UDDI discovery of Web service, the business process run-time dynamic selection of Web service will be realized. Web service optimal composition is implemented by Froyd’s shortest path algorithm. So the efficiency in execution of business process will be improved as well.
