Abstract: In order to solve the problem of generating and optimizing the assembly sequences of a complex assembly, the oriented-mating graph model of the assembly and the related mating matrix are created. Then an improved simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the ASP problem. This algorithm reflects the assembly cost to an energy function associated with the assembly sequence. The energy function is iteratively minimized and occasionally perturbed by a simulated annealing until no further change in the energy occurs. Finally, a living example is given to prove the validity of the method.

Abstract: It is urgent that detect the duplication in large scale text in the Web. An arithmetic based on language rhythm for text duplication detection is proposed here. Get the nature rhythm marked by punctuations in text and build the rhythm compare matrix to complete the publication detection for each paragraph. This arithmetic is different with the other one which is based on words analysis. And it has a high accuracy and a low complicacy.

Abstract: With the continuous development of digital campus, Card system has become an important content of the digital campus. Campus Card Information Management System is the advanced IC card and network communication technology through the card platform. Campus Card system effectively set bank card financial functions and e-purse, identification and other integrated application features in a campus card. The Campus Car plays a toll bridge in the role of through it with other school information management system modules connected, the entire campus into a data network so that all aspects of campus management, especially financial management to achieve high information Campus one-card "system the author through the campus one-card in the construction of digital campus application, analysis, "card" had a profound effect on college financial management information.

Abstract: If the number and the location of each cell in the array is determined, the space array processing gain is constant in designing the uniform line array in isotropic acoustic field. However, the spatial distribution of reverberation field will affect against the array gain, when the arrays are in anisotropic reverberation field. Reverberation is the unique interference of active sonar, and the energy distribution of space in reverberation field is anisotropic and random. Therefore, the arrays gain problem can be get in researching on the correlation between arrays in the reverberant field. In this paper, the calculation method is simple and useful which is calculated line array gain using the correlation coefficient in the reverberant field.

Abstract: Color quantization is an important technique for image analysis that reduces the number of distinct colors for a color image. A novel color image quantization algorithm based on Gaussian mixture model is proposed. In the approach, we develop a Gaussian mixture model to design the color palette. Each component in the GMM represents a type of color in the color palette. The task of color quantization is to group pixels into different component. Experimental results show that our quantization method can obtain better results than other methods.

Abstract: In order to control and optimize cooperative air-to-ground attack decision-making of the unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) team, the principle of income maximum and loss minimum of UCAV team is built firstly. Accordingly, the mathematical model of cooperative target allocation is built based on the decision variables and constraints. Then Bayesian optimization algorithm (BOA) is introduced which is one kind of the evolution algorithm. For improving the ability of the BOA, decision graph is introduced to enhance the represent and learn of Bayesian network and compress the parameter saving. Finally decision graph Bayesian optimization algorithm (DBOA) is utilized to optimize and analyze the model. The simulation results verify that the mathematical model of cooperative target allocation can reflect the importance of cooperative decision-making, the DBOA can converge quickly to the global optimal solution and can effectively solve the cooperative target allocation problem of UCAV team air-to-ground attack.

Abstract: The energy bandgap (Eg) of a-SiGe:H thin film prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) is greatly dependent on the deposition conditions. By controlling the flow rates of the supplied gas sources, the total gas pressure, the plasma power, the substrate temperature and so on, Eg can be adjusted. Although the influence of the above deposition factors has been investigated individually, which factor is the most important is still not clear. Here, a 6-factor 5-level factorial experiment was designed to investigate the influence of the deposition factors comprehensively. By making the main effect analysis to Eg, not only the influence of each deposition factor was deduced, but also the most critical factors were selected out. It was found that the flow rates of SiH4 and GeH4, and the total gas pressure played the important roles for the Eg adjustment of a-SiGe:H thin film. So much attention can be only paid to optimize such critical factors with other factors as some default values according to the experience. Thus, the work load can be reduced greatly.

Abstract: In cognitive radio networks (CRNs), cooperative spectrum sensing technology could overcome the impact from shadow fading and noise uncertainty; however, cognitive radio users with different signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) would cause the unreliable detection performance when making a decision in the information fusion center. Therefore, a novel cooperative spectrum sensing scheme which focus on the reliability of cognitive radio users is presented. The proposed approach does not select all of the cognitive radio users but the ones whose SNR is beyond the average SNR of the whole users for high reliability. Moreover, the detection and throughput performance is investigated. Simulation results illustrate this approach could enhances the detection probability by comparing to the conventional cooperative algorithm. Besides, it also could lead to higher throughput within a short spectrum sensing time.

Abstract: Processing trade has gradually replaced the general trade, becoming China’s main trade pattern. Then, what’s the relationship between FDI and processing trade This paper, based on VAR model, by employing Granger causality test approach, impulse response function and variance decomposition, gives an empirical analysis and test of the dynamic correlation between FDI and processing trade. The empirical result denotes that there exists bilateral Granger causality relationship between FDI and processing trade. For a short period, the impact of FDI on the responsiveness of processing trade is more intense. The impact of processing trade on the responsiveness of FDI is also more intense and the volatility of fluctuations is larger; for a long period, there exists a long-run stable relationship between FDI and processing trade.

Abstract: To find the best design and development model for the information system, this paper discusses the structural formation of the information system and the kinetics of the evolution of information system from the perspective of non-equilibrium statistical mechanics and generalized entropy in the system. Based on this view, physical laws for the evolution dynamics of information system are expressed as the maximum generalized entropy principle (MGEP). Combining with self-organizing feature map algorithm, we have analyzed the effect on the system structure from the exchange between information flows. That is to say, an information system has fractal characteristics. Except for these theories, we have done some numerous simulation on information systems of 10 major cities in China's to verify the fractal characteristics, which has great significant to the guidance of achieving full use of resources, accelerating the process of information society and constructing information systems.
