A Study on Duration – Cost Information System of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering

Abstract:

Nowadays, excellent software tools have been offered to project management along with fast development of computer technique, among which PROJECT is the excellent application software for project management in MICROSOFT Company, which can fully adapt to and meet requirements of the whole process for project management. In this thesis, problems and disadvantages existing in project management of current water conservancy and hydropower engineering are analyzed; concrete practices are conducted by applying PROJECT software in danger-removing and reinforcing projects of Qianjin Reservoir in Huadian City, Jilin Province and positive publicity value of PROJECT software in project management is demonstrated based on the accumulation of managerial experience of water conservancy and hydropower engineering
