Abstract: This paper conducts a case statistics analysis of 199 mega-accidents in electrical engineering that occurred in China to examine the causes of the accidents. The paper carries out a classification of the mega-accidents in electrical engineering, and conducts a three-dimensional analysis of the accident risk in electrical engineering. In the three-dimensional of material, organization and individual layers, the dispersion of accidents has certain characteristics. This paper provides analytical support to electrical engineering management and accident prevention, and carries out a typical case analysis

Abstract: This study explores the relationships among technology acceptance, perceived online risk, reducing transaction cost, service quality and satisfaction of customers’ transaction process in the Taiwan e-travel agency context. A mail survey of online travel products purchasers achieved an effective response rate of 58.3%. Data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling and multigroup comparison. The findings reveal that technology acceptance, perceived online risk, reducing transaction cost, and service quality are directly influence transaction satisfaction. Furthermore, the travel product types show its moderating effects on perceived online risk, reducing transaction cost, and service quality to transaction satisfaction

Abstract: To achieve better impact effect, impact point error is of first importance, terminal velocity and angle of reentry vehicle are also needed to satisfy the expected value. This paper investigates the optimal guidance law for reentry vehicle. Guidance equation is expressed in longitudinal and lateral plane respectively, needed guidance command of angle of attack and sideslip angle is generated. Guidance command of angle of attack and sideslip angle is appended when considering reentry velocity. Synthesized guidance command is the sum of needed guidance command and appended guidance command. Effect of attitude control for reentry vehicle is analyzed using optimal guidance; the attitude of vehicle is stable and is guided to target point precisely. Trendline of landing error, reentry velocity and terminal angle varying with reentry time are analyzed, simulation results show that optimal guidance law is proper and satisfies the demand of impact point error, terminal velocity and angle.

Abstract: In this paper, the embedded quality control system of product manufacturing process is established to provide sophisticated aids between the modern production and SPC quality management methods. Using a variety of data interface of embedded system, the system adopts automatic or semi-automatic way to collect data to ensure the data accuracy, a recognition algorithm of control chart is contrived by using neural network to achieve the early warning of quality problems and to hint the cause of failure, so that the embedded SPC systems can provide timely and accurate decision-making information for the on-site management personnel

Abstract: Yamabe flow, curvature, tensor, compact. Abstract. This paper focuses a compact Riemannian manifold Mn evolving under the Yamabe flow and proves that if the Ricci curvature is uniformly bounded under the flow for all times that t from 0 to T and the injectivity radius is bounded below at each time slice, then the curvature tensor is uniformly bounded.

Abstract: A significant portion of the Chinese characters is phonogram, whose phonetic part can be used for overall sound inference. Phonetic degree is an inherent problem in the inference because low phonetic degree implies little phonetic dependence between the phonogram and its phonetic components. Solving the phonetic degree problem requires association each phonogram with the acoustic features. This paper introduces acoustic feature-based clustering, a classifying model that divides the common phonogram by defining new similarity of the sounds. This allows phonetic degree to be evaluated more reasonable. We demonstrate the clustering outperformed the traditional empirical estimation by having more accurate and real expressiveness. Acoustic feature-based clustering output 48.6% as phonetic degree, less than the empirical claim which is around 75%. As a clustering classifier, our model is competitive with a much clearer boundary on the phonogram dataset

Abstract: In order to prevent and handle all kinds of railway emergencies efficiently and improve emergency management efficiency and capability of Railway Bureau, it is of great importance to construct the emergency command system which takes geographic information system as core and is visualized, intelligent and networking. Based on the reality of railway emergency management, the three level structure of emergency command system, which takes the Railway Bureau as core and consists of the Ministry of Railways, the Railway Bureau and Divisions, is proposed. The overall frame structure of the system which consists of user layer, interface layer, application service layer and data layer is designed and the function of the system is analyzed. Some key technologies namely geographic information service platform technology, information resources integration technology and decision support techniques are introduced.

Abstract: With the development of ocean exploration and research, the precise estimation of underwater electromagnetic sources’ DOA and polarization has become an essential research topic. An electromagnetic vector sensor can measure all six electromagnetic field components of the incident wave field. Thus, it explores not only the DOA of the signal but also the polarization diversity which represents electromagnetic sources’ specific distribution. TLS-ESPRIT algorithm is based on rotation invariant of two signal subspaces. It utilizes a pair of temporally displace data sets collected form a single electromagnetic vector sensor. The parameter estimates are obtained through Poynting vector that is cross-product operation of each signal subspace eigenvector of the data correlation matrix. This method requires no priori knowledge of signal frequencies, suffers no frequency ambiguity, can resolve up to five uncorrelated monochromatic underwater sources. Simulations illustrated the efficiency of the algorithm.

Abstract: Electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) attempts to visualise the permittivity distribution inside a vessel by measuring capacitances between pairs of electrodes, which are placed around the periphery of the vessel. In this work, direct 3D ECT imaging based on 16 electrodes was researched. These electrodes were arranged in four planes. Every four electrodes on each plane were rotated 0 (sensor 1) or 45 (sensor 2) with reference to the previous. Using finite element analysis, the sensor sensitivity distributions and simulation data of capacitance measurements were obtained. And then 3D images were reconstructed directly by using linear back projection (LBP). Simulation research shows that sensor 2 is better because it has better reconstruction quality and lower requirement for the dynamic range of capacitance measurement circuit
