Abstract: Nowadays, excellent software tools have been offered to project management along with fast development of computer technique, among which PROJECT is the excellent application software for project management in MICROSOFT Company, which can fully adapt to and meet requirements of the whole process for project management. In this thesis, problems and disadvantages existing in project management of current water conservancy and hydropower engineering are analyzed; concrete practices are conducted by applying PROJECT software in danger-removing and reinforcing projects of Qianjin Reservoir in Huadian City, Jilin Province and positive publicity value of PROJECT software in project management is demonstrated based on the accumulation of managerial experience of water conservancy and hydropower engineering

Abstract: Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are becoming more and more speedily and widely used nowadays. While it is usually deployed in the non-controlled environment faced with many kinds of threats. So ensure confidence and cooperation among every pair of interacting nodes is critical, but traditional security measures do little help. The Biologically-Inspired Trust Model (BITM) based on Ant Colony Systems (ACS) aiming at providing trust in WSNs is proposed, also the features and architecture of the simulation system. Simulation experiment results demonstrate that the output average path length, the average deviation etc of the proposed model can meet with the situations and improve the nodes’ cooperation

Abstract: An improved LMBP algorithm model was presented based on analysing the shortcomings of back propagation (BP)neural network and discussing the idea of Levenberg-Marquardt (LM)algorithm. The simulating data proved that the improved LMBP model was able to overcome its local minimum and increase the converging speed in comparison with BP algorithm. Meanwhile this model was applied to predicting the potential distribution of insects. Here we take an example of oriental fruit fly Bactrocera dorsalis. The experimental results show that the algorithm model has a capacity of learning and can solve the forecasting problem in potential distribution of oriental fruit fly. The algorithm model is better than other traditional method and is very useful and efficient in practice

Abstract: This paper designs and realizes a system based on ArcEngine. The map decoration and cartography function is essential to the geographic information system (GIS), with the development of GIS, it puts forward some new requirements for map decoration and cartography. This paper introduces the overall process of the project’s design and the realization main function of the independent development package map decoration and cartography system. Compared with the traditional map, the new development system which is based on ArcEngine component has good flexibility and expansibility. It can satisfy demands of different departments to map decoration and cartography system, and realize a good effect to map decoration and cartography

Abstract: In order to track the moving target precisely on the airport surface, the Variable Structure Interacting Multiple Model Algorithm (VS-IMM) is applied to realize the Surface Movement Radar (SMR) tracking of target. Firstly, according to the actual movement of aircraft, the paper establishes a constant acceleration motion model, constant turn motion model and constant velocity motion model. Then, the VS-IMM algorithm is applied to the airport surface movement target tracking. Finally, VS-IMM is compared with IMM. Simulation results show that VS-IMM algorithm is more reliable than IMM algorithm on tracking of moving target on airport surface

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to design a new heat sink of water-cooling. With the aid of CAE (computer aided engineering), WEDM (wire electrical discharge machining), and the concept of micro-channel design, a heat sink of water-cooling can then be built with the merit of a smaller volume and lower thermal resistance. From this paper, results of the experiment indicate that the thermal resistance of heat sink can be decreased to 0.12 °C/W with input power of 60W, flow rate of 0.6 LPM, and a better heat dissipation with the in input power of 100W or 140W can be revealed.

Abstract: The key of airport noise monitoring is the appropriate layout of airport noise monitoring points. In this paper, we bring out an optimization algorithm based on the advantages of gray dynamic neural network model in the network training and fitting operations. We use it with the airport noise prediction contour map from INM software to optimize the present layout of airport noise monitoring points in a large domestic hub airport. Experiment results show that the experimental layout of monitoring points program can reflect the distribution of airport noise.

Abstract: This article mainly describes a new technique of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication systems based on the recent communication demand. This technique, by pre-coding CSI (the channel state information) at the transmitter, is based on UCD (Uniform Channel Decomposition) algorithm for MIMO system. By Uniform Channel decomposition of channel matrix, the algorithm can decompose a MIMO downlink channel into multiple identical sub-channels. The power allocation applied to each sub channel in MIMO system is identical, and the MIMO channel’s capacity isn’t reduce when the SNR (Signal Noise Ratio) is low. The simulations show that the UCD scheme has a better performance than GMD (Geometric Mean Decomposition) scheme even without the use of error-correcting codes, and the Symbol Error Rate (SER) of UCD algorithm is lower than GMD’s at the same SNR. Consequently, MIMO system gets a better interference performance by UCD algorithm.

Abstract: Channel estimation of TD-SCDMA is inaccurate if Joint Detection is separately used in anti-interference progress, and when the number of users or channels increases, amount of calculation is large, real-time control is hard to implement too; if Smart Antenna is only adopted, the formed beam which points to the user is likely to interfere other users. Especially for high-speed mobile users, beam forming bias exists. To solve this problem, combination of Joint Detection and Smart Antenna is proposed in the paper. Simulation results show that the combination not only improves capacity of system remarkably but also eliminate the multiple access interference (MAI)

Abstract: Good inventory management not only can reduce the costs of printing enterprises, but also can reduce inventory loss and give enough material for the enterprise production. It is an important part of inventory management for printing enterprise to get dynamic query and statistics of beginning stocks, in stocks, out stocks and current stocks. In this paper, aiming at the present situation of printing enterprise inventory management and the current domestic printing enterprise actual requirement, we achieve the dynamic query function on the printing enterprise material by using the JSP + SQL Server 2000 technology, which is based on browser/server (B/S) mode, and we also give the method and database structure to do it.
