Abstract: the exact confidence interval estimations and the approximate confidence interval estimations of the reliability indexes for a cold standby series system are investigated under progressive type-II censoring date, the formulae to calculate the exact confidence limits and the empirical Bayes approximate confidence limits of the failure rate, and the reliability function and average life are given. In order to investigate the accuracy of estimations, an illustrative example is examined numerically by means of Monte-Carlo simulation.

Abstract: Network security technology ensures secure data transmission in network. Meanwhile, it brings extra overhead of security system in terms of cost and performance, which seriously affects the rapid development of existing high-speed encryption systems. The existing encryption technology cannot meet the demand of high security, low cost and high real-time. For solving above problems, an ECC encryption engine architecture based on scalable public key cipher and a high-speed configurable multiplication algorithm are designed. The algorithm was tested on FPGA platform and the experiment results show that the system has better computation speed and lower cost overhead. By comparing with other systems, our system has benefits in terms of hardware overhead and encryption time ratio

Abstract: There has been considerable interest in inflatable space structures in last decades due to their potential application for such advantages as lightweight and high folding efficiency. As a relatively simply element, the inflatable tube has been studied in some aspects, e.g. the rigidizable materials, the mechanical properties and deploying characteristics. To achieve ultra lightweight and lower the heating energy for the thermally cured rigidizable materials, an inflatable tube with a rigidizable web is designed; and then the critical load and overall stiffness of the rigidized tube are analyzed by using finite element method (FEM). It is found that the mechanical properties of the tube are not sensitive to the material anisotropy, but to the winding angle of rigidized cord and the ratio of length to diameter of the tube.

Abstract: With the extensive use of embedded mobile terminal in everyday life, embedded terminals are getting more and more powerful,but there is no significant improvement in shock proof and use protection.The paper introduces an implementation method of embedded mobile terminal shockproof device based on LPC2478. The device has wifi communication,multi-channel sampling, real-time measurement for temperature, humidity, horizontal and vertical conditions.It measures the device distances with other objects and triaxial acceleration to achieve parametric statistical analysis and diagnostics. Its characteristics of multipoint direction identification shock proof, wireless self-synchronous firmware upgrade and power management based on users’ action mode identification provide good protection for mobile terminal products, achieving the target of shockproof.

Abstract: In order to improve the dynamical respond of the weighing sensor and to meet the demand of rapid weigh-in-motion(WIM), a new adaptive weighing system is introduced. The system consists of sensors, data processing module, control module and interface circuit. For restraining the influence of vehicle speed and vehicle liberation, the system adopts self-adaptive variable step size LMS algorithm based on neural network to filter out the noise of WIM signal. Based on this method of signal processing, a vehicle WIM system based on neural network self adaptive filtering was designed. The experimental results proved that the neural network based method can be used to reduce the weighing time and increase the accuracy simultaneously.

Abstract: The paper conducts a deep research on the factors that influence the competition power of the gold mine enterprises in our Province with the method of actual investigation and data query. All kinds of index influencing enterprise competition power are confirmed and the competition power is evaluated objectively. Evaluation model of competition power for gold mine enterprises in Jilin Province is established. Through a lot of actual data, the influence of each index on the sustainable development of enterprises is analyzed and the weight of each index is measured. Standard value of each index is confirmed by the new set value statistics in probability and statistics. The evaluation model of competition power suitable for the gold mine enterprises of Jilin Province is established. 3 gold mine enterprises in Jilin Province are confirmed. Their competition power is evaluated and their development trend is predicted. Determination factors influencing their development are found and measurement for the healthy development of enterprises is proposed. The paper is of great practical significance for the development of gold mine enterprises in Jilin Province, northeast area and the whole country.

Abstract: Using black insulation slurry as manufacture material, the high emitter-isolating-layer was fabricated on the cathode plate. The high emitter-isolating-layer which possessed good insulation performance was composed of many parallel emitter-isolation-stripes, which the bottom cathode electrode would be exposed in the center of the emitter-isolation-stripe. The carbon nanotube paste was prepared onto the cathode plate to form the field emitters. And the field emission display panel with high emitter-isolating-layer was demonstrated, which the better field emission property including the large emission current and stable electron emission was confirmed.

Abstract: In order to solve the “dimension curse” and higher-order nonlinear, the paper proposes the discrete approximate iteration, and uses it to solve the continuum dynamic programming. Firstly, according to the network method, discretizes the state variables and transforms the model into multiperiod weighted digraph. Secondly, uses the max-plus algebra to solve the minimal path that is the admissible solution. At last, based on the admissible solution,we continues iterating until the two admissible solution is near. The paper also proves the convergence of the method.

Abstract: The paper proposes the discrete approximate iteration method to solve single-dimensional continuing dynamic programming model. The paper also presents a comparison of the discrete approximate iteration method and bi- convergent method to solve multi-dimensional continuing dynamic programming model. The algorithm is the following: Firstly, let state value of one of state equations be unknown and the others be known. Secondly, use discrete approximate iteration method to find the optimal value of the unknown state values, continue iterating until all state equations have found optimal values. If the objective function is convex, the algorithm is proved linear convergent. If the objective function is non-concave and non-convex, the algorithm is proved convergent.

Abstract: In this dissertation, academic analysis of the influence to deflector plate in gas jet field of a Vehicle-mounted Vertically Thermal Launched missile as well as simulation study. The finite volume method, a fully structured grid, three-dimensional N-S equation is used for the numerical simulation of the process during the missile launching. The two main factors: temperature and forces on the launcher is the standard we test a launching system. The temperature on the position we test will rise with the decreasing length of the deflector. Especially, when the length is near to the potential core, the temperature changed greatly. Also, the angles of the deflector under the same length have less impacted on the temperature field. However, the force on the deflector would be change greater than the temperature with the change of angles
