Abstract: The process of PVC polymerization is nonlinear and time-delayed. It is very difficult to establish an exact mathematical model. Based on the analysis of the conventional PID controller’s limitation, the fuzzy PID control system of PVC polymerization is introduced. A new kind of fuzzy PID controller is designed and the three parameters of PID can be self-tuned on-line. The simulation result proves that fuzzy PID controller is better than common PID controller.

Abstract: The strip thickness control system is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model, and traditional PID control strategy has a poor adaptive ability, so the effect of control is always not satisfying. According to the problems above, a new control strategy of self-tuning PID controller based on RBF neural network whose parameters are optimized by PSO algorithm is proposed in the paper. The control method integrates advantages of RBF neural network as well as PID controller and good global search capability of PSO algorithm. The simulation results indicate that the method not only improves control performance and dynamic quality, but also has strong self-adapting ability and robustness. It achieved a very good control effect when used in strip thickness control system that proved the correctness and effectiveness of the control method.

Abstract: In order to understand the relationship between the tensile property and the blended ratio of SP-PVA/combed cotton blended yarn, the tensile properties of SP-PVA/combed cotton blended yarn with different blended ratio were measured. The experimental data and the model value has remarkable difference.

Abstract: With the gob-side entry retaining technology in coal mining project, the materials research of backfill for mine gateway side and development to become the focus of attention. This study is based on the need of Faer coal mine to adopt P42.5 portland cement, Tz-1 early strength agent, Tj-1 super plasticizer, prepared from 8 hours to form removal, 16 hours strength of up to 7.9MPa, 24 hours strength of 19MPa, 3 day strength to 37MPa, and the construction of super-excellent early strength pumping artificial sand concrete, and obtained satisfactory results through engineering.

Abstract: Igenous rock is featured with complex and multivariant lithology, its logging response is multiplicity, therefore, it is difficult to identify igneous rock lithology with logging data. To Lay the foundation for fine logging evaluation of igneous reservoir in Songnan gas field, the identification method of igneous rock lithology is researched. Common crossplot method identify lithology with only two logging parameters, its precision is not high. To improve the accuracy of identification, the data mining software, named as weak, is used, three data mining methods, including Association Rule, Decision Tree, Support vector machine, are applied in lithology identification. The results show that these methods can improve the accuracy of lithology identification, in particular, Decision Tree model has the highest recognition accuracy, while it is relatively easy to understand, so it can be used as auxiliary tools for recognition of igneous rocks. Decision Tree model is used to process logging data of exploratory well, and its computation results are well consistent with the core thin section data.

Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the spatial distribution of electrical conduction (EC) in the five study areas using the measured data by EM38. The analysis on electrical conduction spatial variation is conducive to correctly understand the electrical conduction measurement results in saline-alkali soil. Based on the analysis of sampled electrical conduction data, the following conclusions are obtained. First, the spatial variation of electrical conduction is related to its mean. From a macro point of view, the greater the mean of electrical conduction is, the stronger spatial heterogeneity will be. This relationship may not be met when two study areas have the similar mean of electrical conduction. Second, the spatial autocorrelation length of electrical conduction distribution is the description of the spatial correlation relation changes with distance, while the sill of electrical conduction indicates the amplitude of electrical conduction spatial variation. Finally, the discrete Fourier transform results show that electrical conduction has different spatial period in the five study areas.

Abstract: This article take the new AlSi6Mg2 alloy as the object of study, has carried on the analog computation in Fan and in the Chen microscopic model foundation to its half solid state pulp stable state viscosity.And with Zhou Zhihua et al. [8] the empirical data has carried on the comparison.The result indicates the theory predicted value and the empirical datum basic match case.

Abstract: Grounded on Labview platform, the grid of technology of solution pH value contributes to a new device----the auto-control technology of solution pH value. This device is easier to operate just by the parameter input in the interface. And it breaks the limit of single admeasuring apparatus, meanwhile adopts the method of picking the average value by multi-metering, which avoids the delay effect caused by solution mixing link. The Acid precipitation-Flocculation process in paper making sewage sets an example for the pH value auto-control and supports PAC control of pH value with software concept..

Abstract: Molecularly imprinted polymer with high selectivity and stability has been reported in many applications. In this paper, the recent states, advantages and current problems of its applications in biological samples, such as immunoassay type protocols, biosensors and mimic enzyme catalyst were summarized. The challenges of biomimetic immunosorbent assays and enzyme mimics in catalytic reaction were emphasized specially. Some promising solutions to overcome the existed problems were put forward.

Abstract: We described a facile approach to carrying out secondary doping of polyaniline nanofibers. SEM, UV-VIS-NIR and XRD techniques were used to characterize the secondary doping and de-doping of polyaniline nanofibers. The conductivity of secondary doping and de-doping of polyaniline nanostructure with m-cresol is higher than before secondary doping of it accompany with keeping nanostructure. A new approach to improving electric performance of polyaniline nanostructure was provided.
