Abstract: Based on hyperspectral image which integrates spectrum and image information, the tomato leaf nitrogen model is built. Tomato samples were soillessly cultured with different nitrogen content. The hyperspectral images of tomato leaves are gathered at different stages of tomato. Kjeldahl method determines nitrogen content of the corresponding tomato leaves. According to the hyperspectral information of leaf, the characteristic wave bands of tomato nitrogen are obtained in the method of stepwise regression. The images in the characteristic bands are processed and analyzed, and image features which have high correlation with nitrogen contents of tomato leaves are picked up. The PLS algorithm is used in three growth periods to build tomato nitrogen prediction model, The result of the predicted test shows that the forecast average relative error of PLS model may achieve 10%, and can satisfy the forecast request.

Abstract: Most conventional spacious solar photoelectric detection systems suffer from unexpected stray light. This paper demonstrates the effects on photoelectric detection system bring out by stray light. On this foundation, build up evaluation index of stray light system, to search the reasonable programme to eliminating stray light. A detailed telescope system geometry model was created, and scatter models were create for telescope and enclosure components. By the means of designing the structure of main baffle, baffle vane and the coating technology. In order to verify the prosperity of structure that designed, we utilizes software to analysis opto-mechanical model. we utilizes software to analysis opto-mechanical model. The simulations show that point source transmittance of the system is thus reduced by up to two orders of magnitude between 10-8 and 10-10. Meanwhile, the experiment obtains clean detection data which satisfies the system requirements. Stray light has been suppressed effectually, and so measurement precision was improved from detection graphics.

Abstract: The "Hole Radius of Ray Light" technology is used to produce 3D solid part of ceramic sanitary ware products, then the solid part is transfered into 3D point cloud graph by 3D scanning algorithm. For standard physical product , 3D point cloud graph of which can be obtained by quasi-direct firing scanner. Such contractive rate therein firing is determined by comparing two points cloud map above with our specific algorithm. According to the contractive rate grading reversely the designated solid product, then 3D lofting cloud graph is obtained.,then the solid part is produced. With rapid prototyping, corresponding mold is easily formed to product, which solves in one off the discrepancy between sanitary product and design. Independent of specific sanitary ware, our approach simplifies or eliminates parts of product process and reduces developing costs.

Abstract: A toughening model of micro-crack reinforced ceramic matrix composites is presented. It was shown that alternating iteration method can estimate the main micro-crack interaction efficiently and accurately, making the statistical assessment possible. The constitutive equation is obtained through micromechanical considerations based on micro-crack zone toughening.

Abstract: Palladium chloride anchored on polystyrene modified by 5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline was prepared and used as catalysts for the Suzuki cross-coupling reactions of aryl halide with arylboronic acid in supercritical carbon dioxide without use of organic solvent. The heterogeneous catalyst revealed excellent and recoverable catalytic performance for a wide range of aryl halides substrates. It can be easily separated from the reaction mixture and reused for six recycles without significant loss of catalytic activity.

Abstract: This study aimed to develop a method for the detection of tetrodotoxin (TTX) based on monoclonal antibody (McAb). The hapten TTX was linked to carrier protein keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) as immunogen, and linked to ovalbumin (OVA) as coating antigen by the Mannich method. Then the 6~8 weeks Babl/c mice were immunized. After cell amalgamation, a cell line with high specificity and sensitivity was obtained, and McAb was produced. The indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (icELISA) was developed for detecting TTX. The optimized working conditions of the icELISA were 4.0 μg/mL coating antigen, 0.75 μg/mL McAb, 45 min competitive time, at room temperature (20~25 °C). The IC50 value of this method was 24.0 ng/mL, the working ranges were 5.2~107.6 ng/mL, the intra-assay and inter-assay coefficient of variation (CV %) were 4.2 and 4.5, respectively. This investigation will benefit the assay kit development for detecting TTX.

Abstract: Based on the the self-developed prestressed CFRP plate anchorage, the test specimens comprised 5 RC beams strengthened with the way the external prestressed CFRP plates, the research on the different prestressed tension and different span beam about the influence of the bending capacity , ultimate bearing capacity, cross section strain, CFRP strain and deflection of the test reinforced beams on the research. The test results showed that: the externally prestressed CFRP plate can obviously increase of the flexural performance of RC beams, and improve the utilization rate of the strength of the CFRP plate, through the external prestressed anchor of CFRP plate for a tension, reducing the RC beams crack, and improving the ductility of the RC beams.

Abstract: A series of temperature- and pH-responsive poly(vinyl alcohol)/poly(N, N-diethylacrylamide-co-methacrylic acid) PVA/P(DEA-co-MAA) intelligent semi-IPN hydrogels were synthesized by free-radical copolymerization techniques and semi-interpenetrating polymer network techniques. The effects of the feed components, temperature and pH on the swelling behavior of the hydrogels were studied in detail. This unique property makes them very useful for biomedical applications such as on-off switches for modulated drug delivery and tissue engineering. With the increase of PVA content, the thermo- and pH-responsive of the semi-IPN hydrogel improved.

Abstract: Noble metal nanoparticle catalysts supported by resin were prepared by a simple adsorption method. Resin D261 is an organic polymer containing quaternary ammonium group. The specific interaction between quaternary ammonium groups and different kinds of noble metal precursors can be generally applied for the preparation of supported noble metal catalysts. Due to the specific interaction, an easy control of the loading of noble metal can be achieved. Furthermore, without using volatile organic solvents and calcinations in the preparation procedure, the method reported here is environmentally benign and economically feasible. The catalysts were tested in aerobic oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde under solvent- and base-free conditions and exhibited high activity and excellent selectivity.
