Abstract: Gamma-ray density meter has been widely used in coal preparation plant to detect the concentration of the slurry water, but it require annual inspection, approval, and the protection of the radioactive sources causes a lot of inconvenience to the coal preparation plant. In this paper a natural mineral sand beach has been chosen as radioactive sources, which contains thorium. An experimental device has been designed to detect the concentration of the slurry water, the natural gamma-rays attenuation rules were obtained after lots of experiments in the laboratory when it passing through the different concentration of the slurry water, and the rules were proved in theory and in tests. This provides reliable basis for design of slurry water concentration measurement device.

Selection and Research about Mutational Ratio in the Test of Pipeline Section with Scattering Sensor
Abstract: The test analyses eight different pipe section of mutations, from reasonable test environment, to find actual pollution laws of embedded sensor lens after washing blow[1]. And then concluding Its Regularity about a different effect of different D1 / D2 mutational ratio and sensor lens protection effect of the law, which is on the basis of Selection and research by Test data and the theoretical analysis, will provide the reference in actual working of the reasonable choice.

Abstract: Super-resolution reconstruction for image breaks through the resolution limit of imaging systems without hardware change. The algorithm of projection onto convex set (POCS) is a typical super-resolution reconstruction algorithm in spatial domain. The classical algorithm of POCS lacks the overall constraint for the image, and the convergence rate for iteration is incontrollable. A new super-resolution restoration algorithm for image based on entropy constraint and POCS is proposed in this paper, and experiments with optical and millimeter wave images demonstrate that the new algorithm is effective in improving the precision of super-resolution restoration.

Abstract: This paper deals with ductile fracture criteria calibration process. Choice of calibration tests and their relation to corresponding type of failure is discussed. Further, some of the calibrated criteria are used to simulation of selected technological processes and results are compared with experiments.

Abstract: By the in situ compatibilization, PP/POE blends were prepared with dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as initiator, Trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) as co-during systems and the metallocene polyolef in elastomers ploy (ethylene-1-octene) (POE) as toughening rubber. The effects of additive amount for TMPTA、POE on the mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that the maximum value of the room-temperature and low-temperature impact strength for the composite was reached to 52.03KJ/m2 and 37.29KJ/m2, and the elongationfor was reached to 482.74%.

Abstract: In order to study a novel laser indirect shock forming mechanism which applies laser-driven flyer to load the workpiece, this paper uses the SPH method to study the behavior of laser indirect shock forming and simulate the process of the workpiece forming. The SPH method solves the problem about the mesh tangling encountered in extreme deformation and this paper presents some ideal results and histories. Through comparing the experiment result with the simulating result, it is easy to find that the analysis with the SPH method can predict the final shape of workpiece properly. To some extent, this paper could provide some helpful messages for the study on the novel laser indirect shock forming.

Abstract: In this paper, an engine diagnosis method with high precision and quickly response is proposed. Firstly, the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) is used to improve the performance of the neural network to build the fault diagnosis model. Then the vibration signals are analyzed to estimate the states of the diesel engine. Finally, the five states of diesel engine are set to validate the veracity of diagnosis method. According to experiment and simulation researches, it indicates that the diagnosis method with RBF neural network based on AIC is effective. The veracity of identification is 100% to the single fault. It is a valuable reference to the vibration diagnosis for other complex rotary machines.

Abstract: In this paper, we considered a SIR infectious disease model with two stages, immature and mature, with the time to maturity represented by a constant time delay. Positivity and boundness of solutions and sufficient conditions of the stability of equilibria are obtained.

Abstract: A non-contact deformation measurement method is proposed for monitoring the 3D full-field static deformation of large-scale structures under loads, which could not be achieved by traditional displacement sensors and resistance strain gauges. This method is based on the close range photogrammetry technology. By tracking and comparing the 3D coordinates of the targets between different epoch, the load–deformation diagram in 3D form for the whole large-scale structure is obtained, which is valuable for further mechanical behavior analysis. Real-scale power transmission tower experiment shows that the proposed method can fulfill the efficiency and accuracy requirement in large-scale full-field deformation monitoring task

Abstract: This work was aimed at manufacturing the microcellular foam polypropylene for the applications of reflective film with chemical foaming agent or supercritical carbon dioxide. The effects of processing conditions such as the composition of foaming agent during chemical process, the foaming temperature and saturation pressure in physical process on the microcellular structures and the reflectivity as well as the volume expansion ratio were investigated.
