Abstract: Abstract. Ni-W-P-Al2O3 electroless composite coating was successfully co-deposited on 45 steel substrate using electroless plating. Optical microscope (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and potentiodynamic polarization were used to analyze the morphology, microstructure and corrosion resistance of the composite coating. The results show that Al2O3 particles co-deposit homogeneously, and the structure of the composite coating as deposited is amorphous and crystallite. After heat treatment, the amorphous structure of the composite coating appears a precipitation transformation. When annealing at 400°C, because of the emergence of crystal defects brought out by the precipitation of crystal phases, the composite coating exhibits the lowest corrosion resistance. As the annealing temperature rising to 600°C, the crystalline structure continually grows up and the precipitation transformation tends to be completed. Then the crystal defects decreases which results in an improvement to the corrosion resistance of the composite coating.

Abstract: SiC films were prepared by mid-frequency (MF) magnetron sputtering with sintering SiC target on monocrystalline Si(100) substrate. SEM and XRD were used to investigate the surface morphology and microstructure of SiC films changing with working pressure. Results show that the resistivity value of 4H-SiC is larger than that of 3C-SiC and when working pressure is 0.3Pa, the film is mainly based on 3C-SiC, when pressure is 0.6Pa, the film is mainly based on 4H-SiC.

Instance calculation shows. The precision of the model with residual test, after test and correlation test requirements, calculation value and actual measuring value degree of good, can be satisfy the test requirements.

Abstract: Drugs are essential commodities for people to maintain health and prevent diseases. Drugs distribution is an essential process to ensure that drugs are transferred from production processes to consumers. Abstract: When the disk is assembled into the hard disk base, it will introduce additional head position error and timing error comparing with in-situ disk writing technology. Head skew calibration is one of the key processes to ensure high servo performance during head switching seeks. The head skew has AC and DC components. In this paper, principle of DC head skew error is formulated, and temperature characteristics of the DC head skew error are analyzed. Then a compensation method for the temperature induced DC head skew error is proposed, so that temperature induced head skew error for hard disk drivers could be adequately compensated. Experimental results demonstrating the effectiveness of the compensation scheme are given.

Abstract: Ultrasonic signature of flaw is studied in the multipath scene, and a method is developed to localize the flaw by only single mono/bi-static measurement. A signal model based on the concept of multipath is built to construct flaw position, of which multipath scenarios are reviewed for signature of flaw depth. Multipath scenarios may be identified by direct path, which is relatively easy to be detected. Algebraic solution is proposed to solve the multipath equations to obtain the position of the flaw depth. Experiments show that the solution of the flaw depth is valid.

Abstract: The recently proposed Marginal Fisher Analysis (MFA) achieved high performance for face recognition. However, MFA suffers from the small sample size problem and the optimal basis vectors obtained by the MFA are nonorthogonal. In this paper, we present a new method called Direct Orthogonal Marginal Fisher Analysis (DOMFA), which is able to extract all the orthogonal discriminant vectors simultaneously in the high-dimensional feature space without pre-processing using PCA and does not suffer the small sample size problem. Experimental results on ORL database indicate that the proposed DOMFA method achieves better recognition rate than the MFA method and some other orthogonal feature extraction algorithms.

Abstract: Through the deep analysis of its working principal and the structure, the hydraulic loading system was designed, and the optimum method of the mill hydraulic loading system was researched. After the optimization it is not only that the proper coal granularity was ensured and the remote control capability got enhanced, but also resolved the problem of high pressure of the hydraulic system, and reduced the energy and consumption.

Abstract: In this paper, the bagasse wet-stored with hypochlorite (H) bleaching waste-water which was the original waste liquid from H bleaching process of bagasse, was cooked with alkali-oxygen and its pulping effect was studied. The results showed that the proper treatment time of wet storage with H bleaching waste-water was 12 days, the pulping properties were as follows: screened pulp yield 62.9%, kappa number 15.4, viscosity 802 mL/g, and brightness 58.8 %ISO. The strength properties of pulp were as follows: tensile index 65.6 N•m/g, tear index 5.86 mN•m2/g, burst index 3.83 kPa•m2/g and folding endurance 302 times. In addition, the pulping properties of bagasse wet-stored with H bleaching waste-water were similar to those of bagasse wet-stored with fresh water. Therefore, it can be concluded that the H bleaching waste-water could be used as spraying water for wet storage of bagasse. It was a new idea for saving fresh water in the pulping and papermaking industry.
