Abstract: The influence of negative chamfers of PCBN milling cutters on cutting process of high speed cutting is studied based on finite element analysis. The milling speed, axial cutting depth and feed speed are all set fixed, while the negative chamfer angle varies. Cutting tool stress, deformation force, and cutting temperature are obtained for cutting process under different negative chamfering Angle, thus providing basis for the selection of tool parameters in practical production.

Abstract: Aimed at the measurement of kinetic energy for swarm of flying fragments, a measuring method of kinetic energy for the flying fragment using six-light-screen array was presented in this paper. When a fragment pass through the six light screens, the six-time sequences, can be gathered in turn. Lots of fragments can generate some sequence of six-times. The algorithm that can distinguish the sequence from a group of sequences of time is put forward in this paper. According to the coordinates of fragment position on a position indicator as well as all the sequences of the fragments, the real time sequence can be distinguished and recognized. Then the real velocity and accurate location of the fragment can be calculated with the algorithm designed, and the kinetic energy of fragments can be measured. The algorithm is proved accurate and effective by the simulation.

Abstract: In this paper, a model reduction for discrete-time singular dynamical systems is investigated. First, by transforming the original systems, the singular systems of impulse models are decomposed into the casual subsystems and the non-casual subsystems, and the reduction problem becomes merely a simplification of the non-casual subsystems reduction. Based on the Schur decomposition and apply Matlab to reorder the Schur forms, the degree of the systems state controllability and observability is scaled by Hankel singular values, and the results show that the controllability and observability of the states which are corresponding to the smaller Hankel singular values are weaker. Based on it, a new model reduction algorithm of discrete-time singular systems is given. Finally, a numerical simulation illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: In this paper, we measured Mg/Ca ratio in planktonic foraminifera shell of Globigerinoides ruber (white) from early Pleistocene (2414.2~2253.77ka) North Atlantic deep sea sediment drilled at Site U1313, IODP Expedition 306, and tested 6 transform functions that used to reconstruct sea surface temperature (SST) with foraminifera shell Mg/Ca ratio, the result showed that the theoretical equation of Elderfield and Ganssen (2000) and the equation of Anand (2003) both are appropriate, but there is big difference between their results, so we use their average value as the final results to reflect SST in the North Atlantic area in early Pleistocene. The fluctuation of the SST we reconstructed and that of the benthic foraminifera oxygen isotopic are basically same, but in the stages of MIS 87 to 95, there exist 2.71ka to 19.54ka error, probably it was caused by the difference of the response to changes in water temperature between the planktonic foraminifera and the benthic foraminifera.

Abstract: The nonlinear dynamic behaviour of sandwich beams with different cores under transverse cycling loads is investigated in this paper. Based on Euler-Bernoulli beam theory, the second-order nonlinear ordinary differential equation of the sandwich beams with different cores is established by applying Hamilton’s principle and Galerkin method. The effects of the cores of metal foam and lightweight wood and porous metal fiber as well as pyramid lattice structure on the dynamic behaviour are studied through numerical simulations. It is shown that the dynamic behaviour of sandwich beams is not solely determined by and

Abstract: In this paper silica are made in the production line and its properties are investigated. It shows that the content of SiO2 of BSZ1 is 90.24%, its specific surface area of BET is 204.70m2/g, its CTAB is 240m2/g, its oil absorption value of DBP is 2.82cm3/g, and its particle size of D50 is 5.71μm. The content of SiO2 of BSZ2 is 94.16%, its specific surface area of BET is 245.07m2/g, its CTAB is 212m2/g, its oil absorption value of DBP is 2.86cm3/g, and its particle size of D50 is 2.82μm. The content of SiO2 of BSZ3 is 92.43%, its specific surface area of BET is 355.90m2/g, its CTAB is 273m2/g, its oil absorption value of DBP is 2.70cm3/g, and its particle size D50 is 5.71μm. BSZ2 and BSZ3 are amorphous state with silanol groups on their surfaces, and they are the spherical particle with some irregular granules. BSZ1 and BSZ2 are good application in rubber as reinforcing agent.

Abstract: Research on the dynamics of suspended velocity hydrophone was achieved. Equivalent circuit model of velocity hydrophone merged in liquid was built, and the analysis of the influence on velocity measurement caused by the suspension system and its anisotropic was carried out. Result shows that nature resonance of suspension affects the band of sensor, and phase error can be reduced in several ways. Suspension anisotropy makes the sensor overestimate the magnitude of the true signal.
