Abstract: The paper is focused on some type of bulk cement tank truck, proposed to several research programs to improve the fluidization quality. Created the fluidization models of the fluidized bed in the CFD software FLUENT, then simulated for improved fluidization process, and given the analysis for fluidization quality. The syntheses optimize effect which adopt 40°side splitter board, with curve fluidization board substitute rectangle board as well as use larger gasinlet velocity are able to improve the fluidization quality of the cement in tanker. This plan can be used to all bulk materials vehicles giving priority to concrete mixer truck.

Abstract: HPW/C catalysts were prepared using impregnation method. The physical chemistry properties of the catalysts were characterized employing XRD and NH3-TPD.The effects of HPW loading, catalyst amount and reaction time on the catalyst performances were investigated. The results more acid content and active center contribute to the reaction performance. Under the optimal reaction conditions of 0.8g 29%(w) HPW/C as the catalyst, n(adipic acid): n(ethanol):n(toluene)=1:6:1,5h,the etherification rate was 97.3%.

Abstract: The accuracy of demand forecast of emergency commodities in unconventional emergency is closely related to the efficiency of emergency. In the early emergency, because of the incompleteness of information, the values of factors influencing the demand of commodities are undetermined. It is difficult to accurately predict the demand quantities of emergency commodities by general forecasting methods. This paper will denote the values of influencing factors of emergency commodities by the grey interval numbers, and the similarity of the goal case and the source cases in the case library by the grey interval correlation degree, and establish the model of demand forecast which integrates grey interval correlation degree and case-based reason in order to predict the demand quantities of emergency commodities.

Abstract: Rigidity of oil film is an important hydrostatic support performance of the slipper pair. This paper establishes the mathematics model of hydrostatic support structure on the basis of considering secondary force. And establish the simulation model of rigidity of oil film by using the toolbox of Simulink. Study the dynamic characteristics of rigidity of oil film under the influence of secondary force through computer simulation. And reach a conclusion that the impact of secondary force on rigidity of oil film has a relationship with friction coefficient and work pressure.

Abstract: While measuring the steam humidity using microwave cylindrical cavity, thanks to the thermal expansion effect of metal, the resonant frequency changes as temperature changes. Such phenomenon reduces the measurement accuracy. This paper analyses the phenomenon, and discusses an amended calculation method which will increase the test accuracy. Compared with lab test results, this amended method becomes more convictive.

Abstract: To detect the targets in single frame infrared image, a target detection method based on multi-mixture filters model were proposed. The multi-mixture filters model involves four modules. Firstly, smooth filter is used to restrain and eliminate random noise. Secondly background Gaussian filter is used to construct a rough background model. Thirdly target Gaussian filter is used to construct an accurate target model. Finally morphologic filter is used to optimize the final target shape. Experiments show that this method can achieve a higher detection efficiency and accuracy.

Abstract: This paper simplifies the dish-shaped metal corrugated pipe into a elastic element, constitutes a single degree of freedom spring-mass system, then applicants the random vibration method to measure its natural frequency, further to calculate the dynamic stiffness of dish-shaped metal corrugated pipe. At the same time its static stiffness test is done. By comparison of two results, static and dynamic stiffness values fit well, and dynamic stiffness is closer to the actual working conditions. Random vibration method for dynamic stiffness is convenient, accurate and has application values in a wide range of engineering.

Abstract: Programmed and realized space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) program with dead-time compensation based on the graphical programming language LabVIEW and virtual instrument data acquisition device. SVPWM verified on the Digital AC PMSM Speed Control System, as shown in the experiment utilizing virtual instrument to realize SVPWM has such advantages as simply and rapid program development, high precision, strong real-time and fast response.

Abstract: Space Robot Shared Control System (SRSCS) and its virtual reality simulation technology have been mainly researched in this paper. First, Shared control system for space robot combined autonomous control with teleoperation has been put forward. Then, Simulation system architecture for SRSCS based on three dimension virtual model has been developed. Finally, computer graphics visualization simulation has been finished successfully.

Abstract: The shaft lining in deep topsoil will be lead to fracture by the vertical additional force, which is caused by the bottom aquifer drainage settlement. Through the establishment of the shaft lining automatic monitoring system, the mechanical state of shaft can be effectively analyzed and the overall safety can be valuated. When monitoring data show that the shaft lining will be fractured, the rocks, management measures can be timely taken to prevent more damage by a ruptured shaft. In the process of ground grouting treatment to prevent shaft fracture, the monitoring data can be as shaft lining stability and grouting parameter adjustment basis, to ensure safety and grouting reinforcement effect.
