Abstract: Steel plates connected together are mutually constrained when the member gets elastic buckling failure. A factor χ, embedded coefficient, is used to illustrate the degree of restriction of the flange on the web in GB/T3811-2008’Design Rules for Cranes’. In this standard, the value of the embedded coefficient has been preset in pure bending and pure shearing, while not clearly in compressive stress. In this paper, numerical method is adopted to discuss χ in such load condition.

Abstract: Experimental study on surface finish of high speed mill of hardened 45 steel was carried out with PCBN tool. Cutting parameters studied include different cutting depth, cutting speed and feeding speed. Surface finish after cutting were measured and compared with that of grinding. Experimental results showed that for high speed milling of hardened 45 steel, the surface finish can be very fine, different cutting parameters all have explicit effect on surface finish.

Abstract: In this paper, the flow and heat model of high pressure rotor (HPR) has been established in condition of nature convection at different parking times. The flow and temperature fields of the HPR were studied by using CFD. Moreover, the continuous finite element model with multiple nodes of the rotor system was established considering the asymmetric temperature effect. Comparison of different models between ignoring and considering temperature fields was employed in detail. The calculated results show that the vibration amplitudes are increased and the orbits become disordered when the parking temperature field is considered for the HPR. In the frequency spectrum, there are abundant frequent components caused by temperature and rubbing force and the vibration characteristics considering temperature effect are more complicated than ignoring it for the HPR.

Abstract: Lowly accuracy in view of the present fire which exists, reporting mistakenly rate is high, as well as with difficulty giving alarm in time, this article has made the improvement and the analysis from many aspects. Regarding to the signal collected, based on the analysis of fire signal characteristic, I used FCM method to carry on the judgment, and used fuzzily clustering nerve network method to make the further improvement, unified the improvement effec of the method through the simulation and the experiment. In brief, through this article research, I surveyed the algorithm for the fire to carry on further inquired into that. It has the certain practical significance to the the development of the fire survey studies.

Abstract: To optimizing the design of styling products is an important part of industrial design program in product development process, optimize the design of one of the important aspect is the form of product performance and again improve the process of re-combination, the functions and form factors is an important factor constraining the optimization process, the role of these two factors determined the cross-product form features. In the treatment of different shapes to optimize product design, according to their application environment, the use of factors, factors such as manufacturing of multi-disciplinary comprehensive evaluation method for product shape characteristics of trends analysis. Industrial design is the systems engineering closely linked to the market, people, technology, and environment. In the design of activities, always positioned as the highest pursuit of human needs, the technology of the best defined as the highest goal, the harmony between man and environment, defined as the highest level, therefore, the industrial design activity is an iterative adjustment of the direction and the optimization of methods to correct deficiencies in the process. Product development and design is to achieve the human needs of the carrier, the "most appropriate", "most optimization" is the market, people, technology, environment, close contact with the key, but also the significance of industrial design.

Abstract: RP-HPLC (reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic) was used for simultaneous qualitative and quantitative analysis of whey proteins of laboratory heat-treated bovine milk. Four whey proteins, including BSA, α-La, β-LgB and β-LgA, could be distinctively separated. The results showed that stability of whey proteins in heated milk varied greatly with different heating temperature. The BSA exhibited the worst heat-tolerance: about all of it was lost after 85°C for 5min and in contrast the α-La was the strongest. That β-LgB and β-LgA have similar trends: the denaturation of β-LgB and β-LgA was both no more than 10% as the skim milk was heated at 55°C or 65°C, but all of them was lost after heated to 95°C for 5min.

Abstract: This paper presents a new distributed control system used in torque rheometer. It can overcome shortcomings in traditional control system of torque rheometer and optimize overall performance of the system. The measurement and control system was designed by modeling method. The enhanced PID control algorithm and integration separation digital PID control algorithm were adopted to improve dynamic response characteristics. The Modbus communication protocol was selected as data link layer protocol of communications network. The monitoring software was developed by Visual Basic. A large number of experiments demonstrate that the stability of system is improved greatly and maintenance and extension of instrument become easier.

Abstract: ABSTRACT:It introduces a kind of an Automatic Calibration System, especially for long-term drift of oil tank gauging system. long-term drift serious influence on measuring the accuracy and reliability of the system. With theory of Hydrostatic Tank Gauging[1](HTG),as soon as the long-term drift occurring, the detection drift of oil pressure valueΔp will drift,and soon other the parameters of tank Gauging will be occurred. Because the value of Δp is difficult to directly determine, This paper puts forward a kind of automatic calibration method to obtain Δp according to the fuel level drift Δh) indirectly,By means of the HTG double level switches and fuzzy control theory. At last, by MATLAB simulation verify the correctness of the system design.

Abstract: Emergency dispute settlement mechanism, an important part of the legal system dealing with unexpected events, is facing new challenges from the increasing medical emergencies in recent years. The existing litigation system is increasingly inadequate in dealing with current medical emergencies. This paper analyzes the deficiencies of current dispute resolution mechanism in dealing with medical emergencies. Combined with the legal attributes and importance of medical law, this paper proposes a plan to establish medical legal proceeding mechanisms and supporting programs, which is to utilize specialized medical court arbitration system to resolve legal issues involving medical emergencies.

Abstract: Calculate the electronic structure of alkali metal ion-doped Zn crystal, based on density functional theory (DFT) first-principles plane-wave ultra-soft pseudo-potential method. Analyze the band structure of alkali metal ion-doped ZnO crystal, and the electronic density of states. The results indicated that in theory, the doping of alkali metal ions are able to form a p-type ZnO semiconductor, and introduce in the deep acceptor levels. In the actual substitution process, the dopant ions may enter the interstitial site. Thus the alkali metal ions are tending to become donor interstitial impurities. In addition, since the ionic radius of K is larger than the ionic radiuses of Li and Na. And K+ formed the minimum acceptor level (0.078eV), which is a shallow acceptor level. K+ is better than Li+ and Na+ as a dopant. In short, they are not good p-type dopants.
