Abstract: Considering the special characteristics of the redundant parallel manipulator, with emphasis on the variable of structure, relatively small workspace and the strong coupling relationship among arms,a synchronization control strategy is presented in this paper. Since in the feedforward ,the inertial and the coriolis matrix are designed constant according to relatively small workspace, position measurement of the endeffector in plane is ignored. Synchronization error and coupling error are introduced to reject the model errors of inertial and coriolis matrix as stated above. Using the method, the errors of driving arms may be reduced, as well as synchronization performance among axes improves. The stability of the controllers was proved by Lyapunov. Finally, experimental results show the feasibility.

Abstract: Background reduction technique not only has the characteristics of pixels identify changes and small time complexity, but also can provide better detection results. The paper puts forward the running average method constructing background image by Gaussian mixture mode detecting background region and foreground region, and then adopting background reduction realizes the detection of moving target. Experimental results show that the algorithm effectively may realize background extraction and updating, and then completely and accurately detects moving targets. The algorithm has been achieved good results in the video vehicle detection.

Abstract: The testing methods of various performance parameters of Counter-rotating Fan had been researched. The principle and operation method of impeller revs calculation by measuring the frequency of pressure around the tip of the blades was elaborated. The performance testing and analysis system about Counter-rotating Fan was developed, including a hardware platform and a software platform which could be improved by the users based on actual requirement. The experiments showed that this system could achieve multi-parameter collecting and real-time display, performance automatic testing and analysis quickly and accurately, saving the data and results to a word test report.

Abstract: This paper introduces the mechanical construction, operation principle, performance characteristics and the using result of physical impurities removing and purification technology of the kneading mixer, which is specially developed and particularly suitable for disintegrating and refining of synthetic diamond electrolysis residue. In order to avoid the slipping of materials in the tank and impacting the effect, non-slip kneading bar is especially equipped in the tank; the main shaft of helical mixing blade is driven by motor drive variable-speed system (speed control system), the mechanical strength is adjustable; running cycle is automatically controlled and adjustable, and the impact of human factors is excluded. Industrial tests and production applications show that the design of the machine achieves the desired results.

Abstract: This article simulates the ferroelectric properties of a model of BaTiO3 thin film sandwiched between metal electrodes at the state of short circuit. We discussed the change of the depolarization and the Photocurrent generated within the film under UV irradiation. Comparing the polarization before and after the irradiation, the influence of the photovoltaic effect on the ferroelectric properties of BaTiO3 Thin Film is gained.

Abstract: In this paper, the detailed numerical simulations were performed in the hydrogen fuel combustion chamber with some different structure cavities. Through the analysis found that the effect of stabilized fire burning at supersonic flowing and mixed fuel and air are quite different. The research results will preferably represent the burning field in scramjet combustion so that the better performance flame stabilizer can be designed.

Abstract: The flow rate of a novel self-spinning high speed hydraulic on/off valve is regulated by changing the relative axial position (the duty cycle) of the valve spool to the nozzles located on the valve body through driving a gerotor pump using brushless direct current motor. The closed loop axial position control system of the valve spool with feedback of the axial displacement of the valve spool has shorter response time, and not more ripple of output pressure than corresponding open loop control system. A fuzzy logic parameter self-tuning PID controller is investigated to overcome nonlinearity of the control system. The simulation results show that the overshoot is decreased greatly than conventional PID controller.

Abstract: The effect of the antiroll-bar on the automobile steady response is analyzed through the theory of automobile steady response. And a model of a whole vehicle is established utilizing ADAMS/Car, then a dynamical equivalent of the stabilizer bar is built by modifying the spring stiffness of suspension, and a simulation test, which is called constant radius cornering, is executed. The test result shows that the stabilizer bar can prove the automobile steady response and thus betters the automobile handling stability, and that the ADAMS software has the ability of executing accurate simulation test.
