Research on Performance Testing and Analysis System about Counter-Rotating Fan Based on LabVIEW

Abstract:

The testing methods of various performance parameters of Counter-rotating Fan had been researched. The principle and operation method of impeller revs calculation by measuring the frequency of pressure around the tip of the blades was elaborated. The performance testing and analysis system about Counter-rotating Fan was developed, including a hardware platform and a software platform which could be improved by the users based on actual requirement. The experiments showed that this system could achieve multi-parameter collecting and real-time display, performance automatic testing and analysis quickly and accurately, saving the data and results to a word test report.
