Abstract: Scanning acoustic microscopy (SAM) is a powerful non-destructive testing tool used in electronic, material and medical testing area. Commercial SAM products are generally too expensive to be extended to common users. Therefore, a practical SAM system had been developed using high-frequency ultrasonic focus transducers, a wide-band pulse transmitter/receiver, a high-speed data acquisition card, and a high-precision motion system. The SAM system's precision and function can meet the requirement of practical test adequately, and the cost is much lower compared to commercial products. Several kinds of imaging method were introduced, and the SAM system has the ability to accomplish full-wave data acquisition.

Abstract: Aiming at the increasingly demanding needs for high sensitivity and high response frequency, a novel accelerometer chip structure is proposed based on the improvement of stress distribution of the traditional double-bridge beam structure. Analysis and simulation proved that the double-bridge beam structure with slots, named as DBBS structure, got a better sensitivity and a satisfactory natural frequency compared with the double-bridge beam structure. The detailed fabrication processes were studied. Finally, faith of the prospective of the DBBS structure could be paid for the future applications in failure diagnosis, automobile detection, sports equipments and so on.

Abstract: Grinding machine is widely used in the camshaft producing process. H187 slanting headstock camshaft grinding machine is upgraded from the original relay, contactor and other electronic controlled system into PMC controlled CNC machine tool by using FANUC 0i-TC system, which is not only to adapt to the current auto industry production mode of “more batches and more variety”, but also to improve the production efficiency and the manufacturing quality. The upgrading process is introduced especially from the following aspects such as the design of CNC system architecture and electrical control system, development of grinding feed NC program and PMC program. It is proved that this transformation fully realized the expected goals from practice.

Abstract: In modern engine controlling, in order to adjust air-fuel ratio, electronic throttle valve systems are widely used in combustion engines. However, some difficulties arise in electronic throttle valve control due to multiple nonlinearities. Against this background, this study discusses the design of a throttle valve controller which is aimed to optimize control of throttle valves. Discussion is first made of how to model the electronic throttle valve. Then the design of the sliding mode controller is examined. Finally, a comparison is made of the simulation and experimental results.

Abstract: In this paper, the digital rapid detection system is established, which includes digital measurement technology, secondary development of CATIA technology, multi-point flexible clamping platform, and searching algorithm of positioning point. This system effectively solves the rapid detection and registration issues for space irregular surface products. The principle of digital rapid detection system is introduced. This instances shows that the system can greatly improve the space efficiency of the detection of irregular surface products, and makes the results more reliable.

Abstract: By the case of Modeling and simulating of a special 1.3L manual transmission FF light-duty passages car is used by means of CRUISE software.Modeling and simulating with professional CRUISE software can increase efficiency obviously. Using traditinonal theory formulation for calculation is very complicated in the research of power train system and optimization of parameter. and this process must consume a great deal of time. In this paper ,choosing the assembly of four kinds of gearboxes & four kinds of single ratio transmission according to the requirement of design , And power performance and fuel consumption is simulated by task of design. After all the simulation results are analyzed , we choose assembly that one is better than others at balance of the performance of complete vehicle,and than prove that result of simulation is correct by comparing with the chassis performance experiment data of vehicle , and optimize the transmission ratio of vehicle powertrain. At the end,define the value of important parameter that is important to gearbox and single ratio transmision .So then simulation results may be used as reference for automobile development.

Abstract: In sensor tracking system, Out-Of-Sequence Measurement(OOSM) always occur due to communication delays. The system needs to update the OOSM in order to improve the precision. An optimal information fusion estimation weighted by scalars is presented for two-sensor information fusing with OOSM, which considers correlation between local errors, and avoid to compute the weighted matrix. It is easy to apply in real-time.

Abstract: Ni-W-P-Al2O3 electroless composite coating was successfully co-deposited on 45 steel substrate using electroless plating. Optical microscope (OM), micro-hardness tester and potentiodynamic polarization were used to analyze the morphology, micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of the composite coating. The effect of Al2O3 concentration in the plating solution on the micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of the composite coating was mainly discussed. The results show that Al2O3 particles co-deposit with Ni-W-P homogeneously. The micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating are improved with the increasing of Al2O3 concentration in the plating bath, and then decrease at a high Al2O3 concentration.

Abstract: The conventional design of the shock isolation system has focused on selecting suitable stiffness only, so high shock isolation efficiency always gives rise to large relative displacement. In order to design an optimal passive shock isolator, the limiting performance of the shock isolation system is analyzed. The relationship between the shock isolation criterion and the critical initial velocity is studied. The optimal control force is derived and the possibility of engineering implementation of the optimal control force is discussed. The limiting performance analysis shows that the performance of the optimal shock isolator is much more excellent than that of the conventional shock isolator.
