Abstract: Based on the theory of sweat transfer principle and knitted fabric structure , two kinds of multi-functional fabrics are developed with chitin fiber , cotton fiber and coolplus fiber in this paper. The wearablity , moisture-absorption and dry-fast property , air permeability and anti-bacterial property etc. are tested . The results show that the fabrics have many excellent properties , such as wearablity , moisture-absorption , dry-fast and anti-bacterial property etc. The fabrics can absorb moisture rapidly from one side of the fabric , then transfer it to the other side of the fabric and gave off , thus the fabrics can dry quickly . So the clothing made of these fabrics will keep our skin dry and comfortable, In summary , the fabrics developed are ideal fabrics for making high–quality leisure sportswear .

Abstract: In this paper raspberry-like composite particles were prepared via cationic soap-free emulsion polymerization with silica sol as stabilizer and 2-(methacryloyl) ethyltrimethylammonium chloride (MTC) as cationic auxiliary monomer. According to the TGA and TEM results we could find that the electrostatic attraction supplied by MTC played a vital role in the adsorption of silica particles as well as the generation of raspberry-like morphology. The silica content and appearance of composite particles were found to be improved with the increasing amount of silica sol and MTC while varied little with changes of AIBA amount.

Abstract: In this paper, aiming at vibration problem existed in the development of full-floating cab, a multi-body model of full-floating cab was set up and used to analyze its mode and vibration response. The influence of suspension stiffness for cab vibration performance was optimized. The results indicate the key vibration mode of full-floating cab was decoupled by reasonable match of front and rear suspension stiffness and vibration response was improved obviously.

Abstract: Europium complexes exhibited intense red fluorescence with a narrow spectral bandwidth (5-10 nm). But non-uniform blending or dispersion of complex resulted in phase separation, decomposition and inefficient energy transfer to reduce emission efficiency. The complexes were covalently attached to the main chain of polymers, which improved film quality and solubility. Eu(TTA)2(AA)phen as europium complex monomer (ECM) was prepared by Eu3+ coordinating with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), acrylic acid (AA) and 2-thenoyltrifluoroacetone (TTA). Fluorescent polymer marked as p1-30 (molar ratio for ECM/N-vinylcarbazole (NVK), 1/30) was synthesized. The emissions of ECM and p1-30 in the films peaked at ca. 610 nm. The fluorescence lifetime of p1-30 in solid was measured to be 384.58 (τ1) and 802.44 μs (τ2). The highest occupied molecular orbit (HOMO) and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbit (LUMO) energy levels were -5.36 and -1.99 eV. The red organic light-emitting devices (OLED) A ITO/PEDOT: PSS/PBD: p1-30/AlQ3/LiF/Al and B ITO/PEDOT: PSS/PBD: p1-30/BCP/AlQ3/LiF/Al were fabricated. Devices A and B mainly emitted at 614 nm with full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 12.6 nm and exhibited luminance of 375 and 136 cd/m2 with Commission International de L’Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.50, 0.42) and (0.63, 0.35). The copolymer p1-30 had good film quality to avoid phase separation. The emission from the carbazole moieties was suppressed, electroluminescent (EL) spectra revealed that efficient intramolecular energy transfer from carbazole unit to europium complex occurred and that emission efficiency was greatly improved. Device B showed monochromatic red emission.

Abstract: The Reissner’s plate bending theory with consideration of transverse shear deformation effects is adopted to study the fundamental fracture problem in functionally graded materials(FGMs) plates for a crack parallel to material gradient. By means of the asymptotic expansion method, the crack-tip higher order asymptotic fields which are similar to the famous Williams’ solutions to homogeneous materials are obtained.

Abstract: It is not accurate incorporating the demagnetizing field by the average demagnetizing factor due to the time variations of the permeability and the dependence of the demagnetization field on the permeability of the sample material. Especially when the magnetic field changes with the position greatly, the local demagnetizing tensor can't be simplified as a number D, thus the internal field H can't be described by demagnetization coefficient D. Although the transient magnetic simulation using the finite-element method can give a correct result, the computation time is relatively too long. Especially for voltage source excitation, a number of trial transient magnetic simulations have to be performed to find the suitable number of winding, the voltage supply, and the excitation frequency. To reduce the optimization time, a method was proposed in this work. With our method only one transient magnetic simulation with current source excitation using the finite-element method was needed. Optimization can be performed using HSPICE. Experiment results confirmed the validity of our method.

Abstract: The new material recombinant bamboo has similar properties as padauk, and can draw experience from padauk furniture art that takes the way of the development of imitating padauk furniture. This essay starts from the background of the development of imitating padauk furniture industry of recombinant bamboo and illustrates the feature of recombinant bamboo and recombinant bamboo imitating padauk furniture, as well as the present development of industry. It makes an analysis of recombinant bamboo imitating padauk furniture industry from the three aspects of resource technology, social economy and ecological culture that the development in China has certain feasibility.

Abstract: The corrosion inhibition effect and mechanism of the amino acid ionic liquids—1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium Lysine ([BMIm][Lys]) for carbon steel in 5% H2SO4 solution are investigated by electrochemical tests. The results indicate that the [BMIm][Lys] has a good inhibition performance for the carbon steel in 5% H2SO4 solution. The corrosion inhibition efficiency improves with the increase of the concentration, which arrives at 95% ultimately. The study also shows that the inhibitors are mixed-type ones. The adsorption of the inhibitor molecules on the carbon steel surface obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm.

Abstract: Spherical sponge iron (SSI) with high activity and intension could be prepared through direct reduction by hydrogen. To investigate the optimized method of nitrate removal from wastewater by SSI, dynamic testing of nitrate removal has been investigated. pH values should be elevated quickly after the addition of SSI, and nitrate removal percentage reached to more than 88% during dynamic state experiment. Nitrate removal expressed two-phase removal process including the nitrate removal percentage increasing phase persistently and the nitrate removal percentage maintaining constant phase. The reduction temperature of SSI has significant influence on nitrate removal during fore-period. When the nitrate concentration was 5mg-N/L, nitrate removal percentage could only amount to 60% even the libration time prolonged to 200h. When the nitrate concentration increased to 50mg-N/L, the nitrate removal concentration increased quickly to about 80% and then the removal percentage maintained about 88%.

Abstract: Polyaniline/Graphene composite (PANIGNS) was synthesized via in situ polymerization method. XRD and SEM results indicated that the polyaniline could uniformly adsorb on the graphene surface and prevent the agglomeration of the graphene sheets. The composite exhibits excellent electrochemical performance. A specific capacitance of 688F/g at current density of 1A/g was achieved in 1M KOH solution. The capacitance retention of 77.3% was acquired after 1000cycles at current density of 10A/g.
