Abstract: Put forward a kind of the hybrid improved genetic algorithm of particle swarm optimization method (PSO) combine with and BFGS algorithm of, this method using PSO good global optimization ability and the overall convergence of BFGS algorithm to overcome the blemish of in the conventional algorithm slow convergence speed and precocious and local convergence and so on. Through the three typical high dimensional function test results show that this method not only improved the algorithm of the global search ability, to speed up the convergence speed, but also improve the quality of the solution and its reliability of optimization results.

Abstract: The prediction accuracy of nonlinear time series is highly related to the dynamics of the data. In this study, a method based on error compensation is proposed to improve the accuracy of nonlinear time series prediction, especially for the problems in industry. First, an echo state network is modeled to describe the system complexity and then an error compensation is constructed based on least square support vector machine (LSSVM), in which a genetic algorithm is designed to select the training samples for LSSVM so as to reduce the negative impact by noise mixture. To verify the quality of the proposed model, a class of industrial problem for gas flow prediction is employed, and the experimental results indicate that the method gives a better performance than the others.

Abstract: A function is proposed for descritizing and classifying the uncertain data of multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) datasets using a hybrid scheme incorporating fuzzy set theory, Rough Set (RS) theory and a modified form of the PBMF index function. The proposed MADM index function is used to extend the applicability of the single-attribute decision-making (SADM) function. The validity of the proposed MADM index function is evaluated by comparing the descritizing results obtained for a simple hypothetical function with those obtained using a SADM function and the conventional PBMF function.

Abstract: Abstract. The paper discusses the innovative management models in human resources of Taiwan as applied to the council candidates in five cities. Because of the current financial and economic crisis, people find that they are living in an unstable environment. Council candidates in five cities are faced with the question of how much people will trust them to break through this plight. If the social welfare services are improved people's trust may be somewhat restored in the city council candidates. This research method is qualitative research, it based on Yi-Cheng science name classification. The result shows that in A, C, F, and H areas the people may be willing to accept them, especially in C1, F3, H5, A1, F1, B3, E1, D5, G8, H3, B1, and D1. Since the economic level is rising in Eastern Asia, management is using it to their advantage and expects that they may find the top managers in Asia.

Abstract: Contraposed the reality of great market demand of energy-saving lamp, and its middle-high grade trends in production etc., the design of a high-performance production line control system of energy-saving lamp based on HMI and 485 network communication has the characteristics of good reliability, high efficiency and convenient operation. The production line control system is operated through human-machine interface, using RS-485 bus for message communication, has a lower cost and a good prospect.

Abstract: This article studied the recovery factor of binary compound flooding using surface-active polymer as pre-slug respectively based on the homogeneous sand paced pipe model and on the two dimensional positive rhythm inhomogeneous physical models. According to experiment on homogeneous model, while pre-slug is 0.2PV, the recovery ratio of binary compound flooding using surface-active polymer as pre-slug increases 4.03%, additionally, the pressure increases because of emulsification of surface-active polymer, so surface-active polymer has high oil sweep efficiency; According to experiment on inhomogeneous physical models, because of strong ability of emulsification, plugging and profile control, the recovery ratio of binary compound flooding using surface-active polymer as pre-slug increases 4.82%.

Abstract: Because the flight performance of aircraft is so dependent on aerodynamic efficiency of control surfaces, it is very important to eliminate the flow separation over the control surfaces at high deflection angle in order to keep the aircraft having good flight capability, especially for the modern aircraft with tailless aerodynamic configuration. A novel flow control technique to eliminate flow separation of control surface at high deflection angle and creat high lift increment by pulsed blowing at leading edge of control surface is discussed in this paper. The performance of lift enhancment of control surface which used this technique is investigated, and based on the zonal analysis of pulsed frequency, the control characteristic of this technique is also discussed.

Abstract: The aims of this paper realize an indoor location system on the navigation of the self-made omni-wheel robot, and use gyroscope to overcome the path deviation problem of travelling omni-wheel robot to make the moving path more accurate. This system includes two parts, the indoor location system algorithm and the control of omni-wheel robot. The gyroscope is adapted to detect the angular speed of vehicle in moving which causes by the external influence factor, using it to control the Omni-wheel robot moving in real time. At the same time, angular velocity integral is the offset from the direction and angle of deflection to control the robot. The result of the experiment using the embedded system-ARM7 is verified. The moving behavior of Omni-wheel robot can be corrected by the gyroscope that occur when vehicles go head deflection problem. The high accuracy positioning information is provided by the indoor wireless positioning system. It also reaches a large flexibility in the space in which automatic guidance within an acceptable range and the required accuracy of losing the position. In this research, one kind of efficient location system by using gyroscope to help the navigation of Omni-wheel robot is realized. And, this structure can make the moving path of Omni-wheel robot to achieve more accurately.

Abstract: The issue of female participation in the field of science and research has been researched and discussed in several studies, most noticeably in ´She figures 2009´. The latest research in Slovakia was conducted by Tatiana Sedová in 2009 and focused upon female students at two faculties within two different universities (Comenius Universtity - The Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics and the Slovak University of Technology – The Faculty of Electrotechnics and Informatics). The study´s results highlighted the presence of gender role stereotypes, but also a high and long established interest of female students in natural science subjects. Therefore, not only the topic of participation of women in science and research, but also the issue of women in managerial positions is worthy of investigation over an extended period of time. However, the statistics show a relatively low proportion of women in professor position at universities and a low number of women in top positions. The authors of this article will argue that the reasons for this long-time trend are not only based on stereotypes in thinking about gender equality. To be able to identify the next set of factors, it is necessary to carry out research over a long time period that also includes the women’s domestic and working environment. Until now, in Slovakia such a complex study has not been carried out. The article however, contains the starting point facts from the areas of participating women in science and research and in top management positions from the available statistics, relating to researches and area specifications for the future research. Finally, the authors would like to share their experience in this area obtained from UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) and from the active involvement in the Seventh Framework Programme: ”Improving gender diversity management in materials research institutions” with the acronym Diversity, supported by the European Union.

Abstract: Index compression is an effective way to solve the problem that the index is too huge when mass information is retrieved. Based on the Streamline Dynamic Successive Trees(SDST) index, a compression method with querying on the index without decompression is proposed in this paper.It also presents the compression algorithm,the algorithm of how to retrieve without decompression.The experiments show that the compression efficiency of SDST is much better than that of the IF index and its querying time is much less.
