Abstract: To solve the defect of being not extended for curves in some CAD software, the trend extrapolation principle was imported and the intelligent extension technology for curves was discussed in this paper. The methods of identifying and choosing the trend extrapolation model are provided. Three mathematical models including polynomial curve extension, Gompertz curve extension and exponential curve extension were built, which can be adopted according to the feature points in curves reasonably. This paper has solved the common and core problems, which can be applied to CAD software upgrade or re-development.

Abstract: Semiconductor refrigeration plate, temperature sensor, microcontroller STC12C5410AD and other circuits are used to design a new kind of temperature control system of the giant magnetostrictive actuator. Semiconductor refrigeration plate is controlled by the PID control algorithm for temperature controlling automatically.

Abstract: In this paper we study in vitro release of paclitaxel-loade polycaprolactone sustained-release microspheres. Different pH values release medium is used to simulate pH conditions in different parts of body, and determination the paclitaxel in Microspheres by High Performance Liquid Chromatography according Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010. The experimental results indicate that the microspheres release rates of same drug loading content in buffer solution of pH 7.35 is the fastest, and in the pH 1.2 is the slowest. The drug release behavior according to the first-order model and it is not affected by drug loading rate of microspheres. The prepared paclitaxel-loade polycaprolactone sustained-release microspheres has good sustained release effect in different release media, and the results can provide references for further study of in vivo release.

Abstract: A new type S-F-codoped TiO2 nanotubes electrode was fabricated by forming nanotube- like TiO2 film on a Ti sheet in an anodic oxidation process. The micro-morphology and elemental composition of it were analyzed by FE-SEM and XPS, respectively. The average diameters of these nanotubes ranged from 100 to 200 nm. The evidences from XPS indicated that S and F atoms had been doped into TiO2 nanotube. And the experiments of photoelectrocatalytic degradation of Acid Orange II (AO7) with this electrode as working electrode were carried out.

Abstract: The Physical Properties of Cassava was studied as the data for design the cassava harvesting machine. The Kasetsart-50 variety was random checked from the 14 plot and the results were showed that: the normally cultural practice of farmer were grew cassava on the ridge form with about 680 and 960 millimeters of within row and between row respectively, and on the harvesting period the ridge was about 150 millimeters height, while the length, width, penetration of cassava bunches regard to row at 90 percentile were 501, 566, and 210 millimeters respectively. The average of cassava bunches weight was 4 kilograms. The bulk density of cassava bunches was 197 kilograms/cubic meter and the angle of friction on iron surface was 23 degrees.
