This paper aim at the process of product innovation design and researching and analysing the theory and tool of TRIZ to raise the model of Product Innovation based on TRIZ.

Abstract: A new algorithm directly based on 3D mesh model is presented to determine the reasonable stamping direction in CAE software. Compared with former similar optimization algorithms of the stamping direction, it can simplify the procedure and avoid the missing of some necessary details of complex parts, and it is automatic and intellective to determine the reasonable stamping direction. The feasibility of the algorithm has been proved by the creation of stamping directions of the automobile fender.

Abstract: How to guide designers to create product for meeting consumers’ sensational expectations effectively is one of the important aims of Kansei Engineering. The difficult is to reveal the relationship between the emotional imagery and product design elements. The SD and JK methods are selected to build the test sample, emotional vocabulary and deconstructing design elements, then the BP neural network is applied to form the quantitative relationship model between the emotional imagery and design elements. That the front panel of computer-based microwave is taken as research object, the validity of the model has been verified.

Abstract: Emergency logistics system contains information on material reserves, emergency command and emergency distribution. In this paper, the aspect of emergency distribution only is analyzed in microscopic, mathematical model of emergency logistics distribution has been established in considering the traffic situation and shortage degree. On the aspect of model solution, improved ant colony algorithm, which can enhance the selectivity of finding the best solution in emergency logistics distribution routing, is used in solving the model.

Abstract: In order to examine and evaluate the characteristics of a mechanical component, a 3-dimensional curve on the surface of the component needs to be measured on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). A method of measuring a 3-dimensional curve on a surface with a CMM was put forward in this paper. The measuring method of each point of the curve on the surface is divided into three steps. The first step is to select some grid points of the surface near the measured point of the curve. Actually the measuring results are the coordinates of the center of the spherical probe and all of the grid points locate in the offset surface of the measured surface. So the probe radius should be compensated. In order to make the compensation reliable, easy and simply, some regular grid points where the probe center should be set are selected and a corresponding method of calculating the normal vector of the surface is used. A small surface patch of the actual surface is measured in the second step. In the last step, some new grid points are obtained after probe radius compensation. The real coordinates of the measured point is determined by using the interpolation method and the theoretical equation of the curve. The measuring method was used to examine the modification curve of a worm generated by linear cutter edge with two degrees of freedom and the results showed the coherence of the actual modification curve to the theoretical one.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of degumming and short yarn of the hemp fiber, this paper mainly research the relationship between hemp fiber disintegration degree and its chemical composition. Then discuss how the contents of pectin, hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin in hemp fiber could affect the hemp fiber disintegration degree. Calculate and analysis the four factors’ affection degree by Grey Relational Analysis, and build four mathematical models between hemp fiber disintegration degree and each of its content at last. This paper makes a contribution to provide the theoretical basis to the degumming process of hemp fiber and the selection of spinning material.

Abstract: In view of knowledge management problems for the manufacturing industries , this paper presents an approach of knowledge organization and management based on ontology. Knowledge model of high-pressure hose knitting machine is completed by the use of ontology modularization technology and ontology integration technology.It achieves a greater range of knowledge sharing and reusing ,provides a technical support for the enterprise to speed up product design , and has a certain significance on knowledge accumulations and innovations of manufacturers.

Abstract: Activated carbon fibers supported TiO2 nanoparticle photocatalyst was prepared by immersing activated carbon fibers in water suspended with TiO2 nanoparticles under sonication. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were applied to characterize the crystallinity and morphology of the photocatalyst. The photocatalytic activity of the prepared photocatalyst was evaluated by the photodegradation of formaldehyde for indoor air purification. The result showed that the low-concentration formaldehyde in the polluted indoor air could be photocatalytically degraded over the prepared photocatalyst, with the formaldehyde concentration in the product air falling into the standard range that is specified by the Chinese Indoor Quality Standard.

Abstract: Silver-coated PAN nanofibers have been prepared by a facile method that combined the electrospinning technique and electroless plating method. Dopamine was used to functionalize the surface of electrospun PAN nanofibers to form the chemisorption sites in order to assist electroless plating of silver. SEM and ATR-FITR results indicated that poly(dopamine) has been successfully deposited on the surface of PAN nanofibers. XRD and SEM results also showed that face-centred cubic (fcc) crystal Ag nanoparticles with uniform size were well coated on the surface of electrospun PAN fibers.

Abstract: We here report the temperature effect on photoluminescence(PL) spectra of PbSe quantum dots (QDs), which exhibit a strong temperature dependence on their spectra position and intensity. They potentially act as the temperature marker, sensing temperature variations and reporting temperature changes remotely through optical readout. In addition, the temperature sensitivity characterized by peak position of PbSe QDs was found to be 0.39nm/°C in a range of 10-100 °C.
