Abstract: Based on the analysis of the working principle and structure characteristics of helical milling unit, the prototype’s three-dimensional model was built, the prototype’s finite element modal analysis was conducted, and the first 6 natural frequencies and their mode shapes were obtained. The finite element model is experimentally validated by comparing finite element and experimental modal’s parameters. This paper investigates the dynamic properties of prototype, and provides theoretical references for the subsequent dynamic analysis and structural optimization.

Abstract: This study presents a novel approach for configuring the product assembly model in order to rapid design a product family of transportation equipment. The proposed methodology is divided into three phases: namely modular partition phase, product structure configuration phase, and parametric correlation phase. In the modular partition phase, building the incidence matrix through correlation analysis of components under functional, geometric and physical domains, and on this basis, building the similarity matrix and re-aggregating the components into modules by cluster method in fuzzy mathematics. In second phase, a family-oriented product design framework is proposed based on the modular partition results to help designers to concurrently create design solutions. In the last phase, communicating of the module and design framework based on the flow of design parameters information, three types of parameters association and transmission are clarified. The methodology proposed here is illustrated via the example of the design of a screw conveyor.

Abstract: Abstract: adaptive notch filter is a kind of apparatus which can eliminate single frequency or narrow-band interference, normal adaptive algorithm of notch filter is LMS algorithm, but the faster convergence velocity and the smaller steady error are difficult to gain simultaneously. Aimed at the weakness of LMS, the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is studied deeply in the paper, based on the PSO; the quantum mechanic theory is added to improve it. Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization (QPSO) is researched and applied for adaptive notch filter which is proved more efficient in the noise control by MATLAB simulation. The new QPSO algorithm can balance the maladjustment and the searching ability of adaptive filter with a little calculation, the speed of convergence is faster than LMS and normal PSO algorithm.

Abstract: Emergency logistics distribution, as an important role, is the key to the whole logistics. Emergency logistics is mainly reflected in emergency. For the disaster, economic benefit is not the first thing to be thought about. High efficiency is the key to emergency logistics. This article concentrates on path optimization of emergency logistics distribution. Propose emergency logistics distribution path optimization model which considers timeliness as the first goal. Utilize Simulated Annealing Ant Colony Algorithm to search for optimization. Based on simulation, Simulated Annealing Ant Colony Algorithm owns better timeliness to solve emergency logistics distribution.

Abstract: Abstract: the FEM model of unitary body of HEV city bus was established, and the model accuracy was proved by electric measurement. The Sensitivity analysis of stiffness was conducted to determine variables for optimization design basing on special analysis software tools. At last, the plan was formed to reach design target of light weight with least stiffness change and regulated strength of vehicle body.

Abstract: Procedural modeling is one of the widespread uses in the field of computer graphics technology, even in urban design. According to the object of urban design, procedural modeling technology can be summarized in several methods: procedural modeling of cities, interactive procedural street modeling, automatically generating large urban environments based on the footprint data of buildings, cellular automata and software agents, shape grammars. In this paper, it will study on the main idea and content of each technology, in order to discover the new developing direction of procedural modeling design methods in the field of urban design.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel network optimization-based MPC scheme is proposed for on-line optimization and control of a class of distributed control systems, in which the on-line optimization of the whole system is decomposed into that of several small-scale sub-systems in distributed structures. Under network environment, the connectivity of the communication network is assumed to be sufficient for each sub-system to exchange information with other sub-systems. An iterative algorithm for networked MPC with ideal information model is developed for DCS. Finally, the simulation study of the fuel feed flow control for the walking beam reheating furnace is provided to test the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed networked MPC algorithm.

Abstract: Based on the military engineering applications of magnesium alloys and structure feature of light-weighting pressure-resistant cabin, this paper puts forward that foundry magnesium alloy may be applied to pressure-resistant cabin structure of the unmanned underwater vehicle(UUV). Selecting and using ZM5 casting magnesium alloy, typical structure test specimen of the water pressure-resistant cabin with thin-walled structure was designed and fabricated. Under the different outside hydraulic pressures, structure stresses and distortions of the specimen and it’s sealing performance were tested and measured. The test data and result show that the structure intensity and rigidity satisfy requirements, pressure-resistant structure and wedged-ring connection and also sealing performance stabilize. This experiment study establishes a foundation for magnesium alloy application research on the water pressure-resistant cabin structure of UUV.

Abstract: The traditional simulated annealing algorithm adopts serial optimization structure, and it has the defects of slow annealing process, low computational efficiency and so on. On the basis of the traditional simulated annealing algorithm, the improved simulated annealing optimization algorithm with the global harmony search Mechanism is put forward, which can quicken convergence rate and raise search efficiency at the same time of ensuring algorithm to fall in the global optimal solution. In this paper, by using conventional optimization algorithm, traditional simulated annealing algorithm and the improved optimization algorithm to optimize the famous global optimization function, the results show that the improved optimization algorithm has the advantages of high computational efficiency, high computational accuracy, etc.
