Abstract: A novel coal dust depressor was prepared by alkalization and etherficayion reactions using wastepaper as raw material. The sample was characterized by means of FTIR spectroscopy (FTIR)、scanning electron microscopy (SEM)、X-ray diffraction (XRF) and viscometer measurements. The coal dust inhibitor was developed to suppress flying dust over coal dump and conveyor. The result shows that flying coal dust was prevented by intrinsic viscosity of coal dust depressor which was sprayed on the surface stock pile can make the surface material bond with each other to form layer of crust, having a role of dust prevention. Application of the coal dust depressor can reduce the losses of coal and protect the environment from being polluted.

Abstract: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and attenuated total reflection (ATR) technology combined with the partial least squares (PLS) regression were successfully applied for the rapid no-reagent determination of chemical oxygen demand (COD) for sugar refinery wastewater. Among 105 samples, 45 samples were randomly selected as the validation set. The remaining 60 samples were divided into the calibration set (40 samples) and the prediction set (20 samples) for a total of 30 times with certain similarities. The appropriate model with stability was established on the waveband of 4500 cm-1 to 600 cm-1. The optimal PLS factor was 4, the modeling effect M-SEPAve, M-RP,Ave, M-SEPStd, and M-RP,Std were 38.1 mg/L, 0.944, 3.2 mg/L, and 0.013, respectively, the validation effect V-SEP and V-RP were 38.2 mg/L and 0.949, respectively, which has good prediction effect and stability. The results provide a reliable analytical model for the monitoring of COD in sugar refinery wastewater.

Abstract: Through manufacturing the model and using the static experiments, examining the effectiveness of the bionic structure design and the reliability of infinite element analysis has become an important procedure on the bionic structure research. With its fast, flexible benefits, RP becomes an effective tool for the evaluation of product model design, rapid manufacture and the performance tests. According to the characteristic of the plant vein staggering and tilt, small airfoil obtained through the optimal combination of the characteristic belongs to the typical thin shell parts. Internal beam interconnects with the rib, the pore with different size and shape distributes on the wing rib, which needs a good surface quality and a certain accuracy and strength, thus it is difficult to make. SLS is suitable for the complex thin-walled parts without support, low processing costs, Through the rational selection of layered and forming parameters, it obtains the SLS small wing archetypes and bionic-type sample, which has a good apparent quality after disposal and is suitable for model statics test etc.

Abstract: Aimed at the puzzle of data integration share resulted from its diversity and privacy of protocols in the monitoring system for gas stations in China, the paper designed a monitoring system of gas stations in retail network for oil products. Based on the embedded dynamic Web, it constructed the system frame, built the software system structure, researched the protocol conversion among the forecourt equipments and the module of IFSF, designed message transmission module of IFSF protocol on TCP/IP based on Ethernet, and realized the integrated management between gas stations equipment and system monitoring. The basic experiments based on embedded dynamic Web were made, and it could complete telnet monitoring, parameter configuration, data auto-transmission and auto-upload as well as management of gas stations information. The actual experiment demonstrates its rationality and feasibility of the proposed solution.

Abstract: In this paper, a useful variant of the vehicle routing problem, Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows and a limited number of vehicles (m-VRPTW) is given. The problem is to serve a number of customers at minimum cost by using a limited number of vehicles, without violating the time window constraint and the vehicle capacity constraint. The feasible solution of m-VRPTW may contain some unserved customers and third-party vehicles, such as taxies, are hired to serve these unserved customers. The mixed integer programming model of m-VRPTW is proposed and a two-phase algorithm based on insertion algorithm and tabu search algorithm is proposed to solve it. Experimental results show that our algorithm can yield effective and efficient solution and be capable of dealing with the m-VRPTW problems in real life conditions.

Abstract: A study is made on gear transmission system of 1.5MW Wind Turbine Gearbox. Using lumped parameter method, the dynamics model involving 6 degrees of freedom for every helical gear is established with taking the time-varying mesh stiffness and error into account. The dynamics characteristic of transmission under the effect of both external and internal excitation is calculated. The results show that under the rated speed, the transmission system is quasi-periodic, and the vibration directions of gears with large amplitude are obtained, which is consistent with testing results. This study can be referred to in engineering applications.

Abstract: This paper put forward the principal and index of ERP. After the analysis of present ERP selection method and the character of ERP selection, the cone-ratio C2WH model, which preference cone is constructed with AHP method, is valid in ERP selection. Numerical example shows the effectiveness of such model used in ERP selection.

Abstract: Aiming at the defects that failure samples of five-axis NC machine tools is small, traditional reliability analysis is not accurate, this paper presents reliability analysis mode based on improved Bayesian method for AMSAA model. Firstly, we obtain the failure model of NC machine tools meets the AMSAA model according to goodness-of-fit test, and in order to meet the requirements of simplifying engineering calculations, this paper adpots a method of Coefficient equivalent which converts failure Data into index-life data; then using Bayesian methods to estimate reliability parameters for the Index-life data; for the last we proceed point estimation and interval estimation for the MTBF of the machine. Take High-speed five-axis NC machine tools t of VMC650m for example, the result proved that the method can take advantage of a small sample of the equipment to proceed point estimation and interval estimation for MTBF failure data, and provide a reference for the optimization of maintenance strategies and Diagnostic work of the NC machine tools.

Abstract: This paper reports New advances in e-beam lithography which have made possible the fabrication of high electron mobility transistors (HEMT) on GaN substrate with gate length well in the nanometer regime. Using PMMA/PMMA-MMA Pseudo-bilayer resists technology with electron beam lithography preparation 50nm gate length T-gate. A method of in a single lithographic step and a development step, which can be applied to simplify the process and get a more narrow gate. The ratio of head to footprint of the T gate is controllable. The way meets the need of the device fabrication.

Abstract: This paper develops a multi-zone & multi-dimensional in-cylinder radiant model for internal-combustion engine. The model is based on the radiant temperature formula and takes the quality of total carbon particles and oxidized carbon particles as weight.The model offers analysis of the tendency of average absorption coefficient in various zones under different working conditions. The result agrees with basic characters about radiation.
