Abstract: Green thermosetting resins are were prepared using Epoxidizided palm oil (EPO) and epoxy based petroleum. The polymer resins were cured through amine system with the addition of various percentage of imidazole catalyst (5, 10, 25 and 30%). The evaluation for thermal due to high cross link densities blend samples toward heat. All the blend samples presented thermoset characteristics that was dependent upon the quantity of catalyst. As expected, the Tg decreased as the amount of imidazole increased.

Abstract: Nanobainite steel is a new strong structural material with an ultimate tensile strength of 2500 MPa, and toughness in excess of 30-40 MPam1/2. However, so far, no suitable methods can realize its welding because of poor weldabilities. This paper reviews recent researches on welding of nanobainite steel and points out their merits and demerits. Three problems during welding, cold cracks, formation of brittle martensite, and cementite precipitation, are presented. Several possible methods are provided and discussed. This paper is intended to provide an introduction of the development of welding of nanobainite steel, give several suggestions theoretically for future research, and inspire further applications for nanobainite steel.

Abstract: In this paper, the new forging process for forming the steering knuckle of the truck is proposed, which includes preforming, preforging and finish-forging. The key technology of new forging process is focused on the preforging design. The closed-die forging with controlled-flash process for the preforging is proposed, by which the material utilization rate is enhanced greatly. The proper preforming includes three steps: rod extrusion, fork flatting and cleaving. The 3D finite element method (FEM) for simulation the forging process is also presented. The new and the traditional forging processes of producing the steering knuckle are compared too.

Abstract: Based on part of university staff in Zhejiang province, assayed and studied by INBODY 3.0 body composition analytical instrument, the study finds out that teachers’ overweight rate and obesity rate increase gradually with aging increasing, as well as exist gender differences. In general, female teachers’ incidence is higher than male teachers’ on central obesity and excessiveness obesity. The rate of intracellular fluid and extracellular fluid of teachers belong to different age phase corresponds with human basic requirement, and they have quite differences in intracellular fluid and extracellular fluid, protein, mineral salt and body fat (P<0.01), and there are insignificant differences (P<0.01) among the teachers who have higher moisture content in right-handed upper limb than left-handed, male teachers’ moisture distribute balanced in right-handed and left-handed lower limb, which is quite different from this value in female group.

Abstract: Finite element analysis was used to simulate the evolution of damage in a Mg–3Al–1Zn alloy processed by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP). Oyane criterion for damage was selected to evaluate the fracture characteristics. Finite element modeling was used with experimental data obtained from tension and compression testing. The results show that initial crack may form in severe flow localization (i.e. in the inner corner) and these cracks may propagate, leading to billet segmentation. The flow grid in the simulation results is similar to that in the previous experimental results.

Abstract: As a new service-oriented manufacturing paradigm, cloud manufacturing (CMfg) was proposed to realize the added-value and on-demand use of manufacturing resource and ability. Compared with cloud computing, the complexity of CMfg cooperation was analyzed. Supply and demand network of enterprises with multifunction and opening characteristics (SDN) was introduced as a new paradigm of manufacturing cooperation. Dynamic, diversity, fully open and inclusive cooperation are the key concept of SDN. The CMfg cooperation based on SDN was analyzed, from three-dimension of lever, function and space. A model of cooperation-oriented CMfg was built. Resource-oriented, service-oriented and innovation-oriented cooperation were proposed to prompt the implementation and the platform building of CMfg, from the business cooperation perspective.

Abstract: To research the key factor that affect on material characteristic of hot stamping, this paper studied the spring-back problem of hot forming of the ultra-high strength steel, "U" shaped part by using the combination method of numerical simulation and experimental verification. By obtaining the data of BR1500 HS isothermal tensile test, it established a "U" shaped part of thermal-mechanical coupled model which is based on ABAQUS to analyze the influences of forming speed and holding time on the forming properties. Simulation analysis showed that: When the forming speed of sheet metal is faster than 35mm/s, the rebound value is small, and further increase has no significant effect on the rebound; after holding 6s, the temperature quenching would become stable. The results verify the reliability of the finite element model. Also the study has provided a theoretical basis for determining the process parameters of the type of steel hot forming.

Abstract: An optimal design math model of 2KH planetary gear was built based the planet gear design features, which was resolved by the differential evolution algorithm. A program was programmed used the software Visual Basic 6.0, which was used for engineering example to checking it. The program running results indicated that the differential evolution algorithm can be used to resolve the optimal design problem of 2KH planetary gear and the calculating results of the program is proper and has some use value

Abstract: Propose a recycling technology of waste thermosetting phenolic resin based on mechanical and physical method,use the range and variance analysis of orthogonal test of four factors at three different levels, obtain the affection of speed ,time, feeding material weight ,feeding particle size on degradation efficiency of thermosetting phenolic resin. According to the affection ,the influencing factors could be arranged as follows : speed>feeding particle size> time>feeding material weight,and optimal technology parameters are determined as follows: speed is 3000 r / min, time is 90 min, feeding material weight is 50 g, feeding particle size is 0.425 mm.

Abstract: Since the individuals’ reproduction and existing probability can be greatly improved by introducing evolution rule into cellular automata algorithm, this paper presents a new niche cellular genetic algorithm by involving cellular automata evolution rule and introducing niche technique. The results of simulation experiments on some well-known complex benchmarking problems reveal that this algorithm outperforms the basic cellular genetic algorithms (cGAs) and cGAs with evolution rule in terms of diversity, convergence, global optimization and stability.
