Abstract: China logistics industry is in a very high degree of marketization, which enterprises are uneven in scale and level, presenting with the scattered, weak, disordered and other typical features. Additionally, for lack of information platform and prefect industry management, the whole industry service quality is low; the logistics collaboration between the supply and demand becomes more difficult. Based on the SOA mode, this paper studies the regional logistics integration structure, regional logistics resource optimization. Combined with case study, the logistics business process based on SOA integration will promote a new way for the development of regional logistics industry.

Abstract: It is a dieless forming technology to shape spherical vessels with thermoplastic forming. It involves heating a closed shell to the thermoplastic state, and then forming the spherical shape of a container by using gas to exert pressure. This paper researched thermoplastic forming of spherical vessels by attempting to form a soccer-ball shaped closed shell with a roundness error less than 0.15% using a heating temperature of 850°C and a pressure of 0.6MPa . The experiment showed that thermoplastic forming of spherical vessel is feasible.

Abstract: The waste heat is a great part of energy loss in tea processing. The status of waste heat recovery in tea drying has been reviewed. The characteristics and the application of the devices used to recover the waste heat in tea drying have been introduced, such as the circulating type, the storage type and the exchange type. The drawback of the waste heat recovery devices which exists in tea drying process has been analyzed. And the new device of waste heat recovery in tea dryer has been mentioned.

Abstract: Robustness is an important index to assess the performance of product warranty network, and it’s helpful for managing the relationship between the manufacturers and the suppliers to analyze it. The paper establishes product warranty network’s evolutionary model according to its characteristics, and chooses the average shortest path as the measures of robustness to analyze the robustness of model of product warranty network under the random attack and the selective attack. The conclusions show that the product warranty network have strong tolerance against random failures yet are fragile under selective attacks.

Abstract: The betatron is a very important instrument to impart high energy to light charged particles such as electrons. In this paper, we propose two optimal ideas to improve the efficiency of the original betatron application. With our approaches, the efficiency of betatron could be improved to nearly 100%. And the current density of the electron beam can also be improved obviously.

Abstract: Because rural distribution network has complex structure and various operation management things, geographic information system is the effective means to display the operation conditions and to improve the management efficiency of rural distribution network. In this paper, we studied and developed the PowerWEBGIS system based on WEB and specially used the technology of combining with the real-time monitoring system, which is more suitable for the rural distribution network management. The effectiveness of this system has been confirmed through its application in the several power supply companies.

Abstract: In PROFIBUS system, we analyzed the time behavior of data exchange and token-passing, and give the TTR selection method, when each master station holding enough token time. And then we discussed the random characteristics of networks and FDL, give the formula of random behavior to calculate time, and get the TTR and the revised value of TTR in PROFIBUS system which has FDL and MS1 communication. Finally, further discussed the case of transmission errors, analyzed the impact of transmission errors to TTR and the real-time of system, and give the TTR and the revised value in this situation.

Abstract: To solve the problem of allowance equalization in the grinding process of an enveloping toroidal worm after turning by using the hindley worm turning method, a milling method was presented based on discretization of the spiral surfaces rather than the generating principle. The method is used on a CNC tuning center with a cylindrical end milling cutter rather than on a specialized machine tool. The material of the spiral grooves of the worm was removed layer by layer both in the tangential and the radial directions of the torus of the worm from the tooth top circle to the tooth root circle. The milling model was built, and the coordinates of the discrete points on the spiral surfaces were calculated according to the theoretical equations of the spiral surface of the worm. A series of feed positions X and Z of the milling cutter and the corresponding rotating angles C of the worm were determined for programming. The grinding allowance of a planar enveloping toroidal worm on axial sections was calculated and the trial manufacturing was performed. The allowance in the subsequent grinding process could be equalized and the manufacturing efficiency could be increased greatly.
