Abstract: This paper analyzed practical problems of a type of svrver assembling line according to the principle of line balancing. Some unreasonable arrangements of activities and workstations are improved by using some ways of industrial engineering, such as 5W1H question technology and ECRS analytical method. The result indicates that the balance-rate of assembling line is greatly improved.

Abstract: In this study, the surface defects on HT250 material used in diesel engine cylinder were repaired by cold-welding technology, then the microstructure and properties of Ni-base repaired layers were comprehensively analyzed, and the distribution regularity of base surface residual stress was obtained. Analysis results show that internal structure of repaired layer is uniform. The metallurgical combination between repaired layer and base has a good interface with few defects and small Heat Affected Zone (HAZ). The hardness value of repaired layer is lower than that of base. Tensile strength of base is increased after repaired and the distribution range of base surface residual stress is quite small. This research provides a reference to widespread application of cold-welding repair technology in engine remanufacturing field.

Abstract: Digital platform plays a vital part both in managing enormous product data, project team and assignment for the development of virtual prototype. In this paper, aiming at digital platform supporting gun virtual prototype design, the framework of digital platform is designed. The management of product structure and authority is studied; the solution of drawing files view online is proposed. Judging from the feedbacks, digital platform could efficiently support the thorough management of gun virtual prototype design.

Abstract: This paper explores a method of conversing the cutting tool angle between the different reference systems, and this method is based on geometric method. A variety of different type of cutting tools can be induced to a simple module through this method. The paper obtains the general angle calculation formulas.

Abstract: Studies on principal factors preventing CER (China Environmental Risk) from Behavior Angle are seldom found, so we studied principal factors preventing CER from Behavior Angle, including their selection, contribution and sequence in this thesis. By our analysis, principal factors preventing CER from Behavior Angle can be ordered by contribution as follows: production waste disposal, living waste disposal, market management, public management, natural cause, living action, and production action. And our related advice is as follows: first, careful protection of natural environment. Secondly strict surveillance on production of waste from such behaviors as enterprise production and human living action by market management and public management, etc.. And thirdly great encouragement to arouse interest in technological innovations friendly with the environment in waste disposal, etc..

Abstract: The internet of things automatic expandability management and control technology are a key technology,which include adjusting member server numbers immediately according to load of servers group,optimizing internet of things servers system performance,making the system response time become fast,and making servers system energy consumption decrease.With the integrated technology research of detecting servers load,expandability management and control,load balance and so on ,the problem ,which is the internet of things servers group numbers are increased or decreased automatically when the internet of things servers load is too heavy or too light,is solved, servers group intelligent expandability and servers group intelligent load balance are realized.With system test,servers system performances and response times are improved obviously.

Abstract: Due to existence of relative motion between the grinding machine body and working table, the manufacturing error of guide track would result in a considerable grinding error inevitably. Thus the guide direction error becomes the most important static error source for longitudinal cylindrical grinding. In this paper, an error compensation system based on industrial computer was developed and used to counteract the guide direction error. In order to verify the performance of the proposed system, several grinding experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that the grinding error due to guide track error reduces by about 33% using the error compensation system.

Abstract: By analyzing the characteristics of China’s ceramic industry and ceramic industry cluster, the lack of China’s ceramic industry was found. In order to promote the overall level of China’s ceramic industry upgrading, according to the characteristics of China’s ceramic industry cluster, the application of information technology, the information service platform for region oriented to ceramic industry cluster was designed, and the characteristics of platform and the key technologies were presented and analyzed.Finally,the application case of studies was given.

Abstract: The experimental research on the hydromechanical deep drawing of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet was conducted in this paper. The deformation behaviors and the influence of internal pressure on its formability are investigated, moreover, the fracture behaviors of the obtained workpieces are discussed. The experimental results show that the formability of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet in hydromechanical deep drawing is poorer than that in mechanical deep drawing at room temperature because the internal pressure fails to work effectively due to the weak plastic deformation capacity and the premature fracture of the kind alloy.

Abstract: In order to reveal the characteristics of thermal transmission and drying quality on the litchi’s multilayer structure, the peel and flesh that separated from fresh fruit were dried with the whole fruit by microwave radiation in three kinds of tempering intermittent HT0101, HT0505 and HT1010. Their characteristics of dehydration and the changes of color difference in drying process were compared. The results showed that microwave drying had influences on the capability of dehydration and the quality of color difference in different interval. The influence of HT0505 was more significant, while the other two conditions, in which there were only a small amplitude of cross and fluctuation, were approximate. In the same conditions of microwave drying, the capability of dehydration of peel and flesh separated was better than that of whole fruit, and the dehydration speed of peel was the fastest. As to color difference, the changes of peel and whole fruit were smaller and much easily to tend to stable. The change of the color difference on the flesh was obvious and finally tended to stable. The further research still needed the further study on biochemical effect during the transformation of quality.
