Abstract: The empirical likelihood inference for linear EV model with missing responses problem is studied. An adjusted empirical likelihood is developed. It can be shown that the adjusted empirical likelihood ratio is asymptotically standard chi-square. Simulation study indicates that the proposed method performs competitively in terms of the average lengths and coverage probabilities of confidence intervals.

Abstract: This paper deals with the application of interval arithmetic in internal model control (IMC) for suspension systems. The IMC problem is expressed as an optimization of filter parameters. And the optimization can be solved by branch-and-bound scheme with interval arithmetic techniques. We present the algorithm for the model of suspension systems. The effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated through simulation results.

Abstract: The anisotropic behavior of titanium alloy sheet TB5 cannot be accurately obtained by experimental identification of standard sheet uniaxile tensile tests. This paper describes a powerful technique allows for the identification of Hill’48 anisotropic parameters by inverse technique method based on the response surface methodology and quasi-Newton method. The identification approach takes the cylinder drawing as study object, and anisotropic parameters as optimum parameters. And the anisotropic parameters, which gained directly from experimental orthogonal test and uniform design tests, are tuned in the finite element model, that the numerically computed height and thickness of the cup matches the experimentally measured field as closely as possible. The result shows that the anisotropic parameters from the inverse identification can describe the mechanical behavior well.

Abstract: The calculation of the roller contact and the bearing ring of the finite length is presented in this work. The influence of the end effect action, on geometry of the contact platform and the stressed state in the vicinity of the roller edge has been taken into account. The solution results are compared with analytical solution of the Hertz contact problem.

Abstract: Abstract: Once DG is connected into distribution system, the system will turn from single-source radical network to multi-source network. The power flow will also be changed, which might lead to unreliability of the relay protection. Firstly, the paper analyzes the factors which cause these issues, and then proposes a method to accomplish the procedure of restoration, which is based on pilot protection and over-current protection. The method can solve the problems caused by DG’s connecting into distribution system, and improve the efficiency of DG greatly at the same time. Finally, PSCAD/EMTDC simulation results verify effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method.

Abstract: The effect regulation of recrystallization softening on rolling load of 16MnR plate hot rolling was studied by means of researching theory analysis and experiment model based on the simulation of the austenitic recrystallization of 16MnR plate hot rolling. The results show that it is static recrystallization totally and almost partial static recrystallization in pass of 16MnR plate hot rolling, the measurement results are in accordance with the prediction value of consideration the effect of recrystallization softening on rolling load of 16MnR plate hot rolling, the Sims equation is suitable for calculating the rolling pressure of the pass after complete recrystallization softening of plate hot rolling.

Abstract: This paper discusses the principle and practice that the crank-rocker mechanism was utilized as up-down. MATLAB was used for analysis and optimization for the up-down mechanism, in order that the designed path can be realized on the coupler. And then ADAMS was used to create a virtual prototype model for the crank - rocker mechanism,to analyze the kinematic parameters, and to validate the feasibility. The paper tried to setup a universal method for electric shuttles mechanism.
