Abstract: With the ever increasing complexity of cyber-physical system, the coupling and interconnection between distributed nodes lead to a complicated description in mathematics. For example, time delays cannot be ignored in the cyber-physical system modeling. And delay compensation often requires the delayed Multi-Input-Multi-Output (MIMO) system to be presented in state space model and all time delays to be combined to sole side of input or output. The aim of this paper is to model the MIMO system with multiple delays in state space form and simultaneously combine both input and output delays into output channel only. In this paper, following up with the modeling of Networked MIMO System, an observable state-space realization of delayed transfer function matrix is developed, including the case with repeated poles. Meanwhile, multiple time delays are combined and allocated to the output side only. Based on the observable state space model, an observer can be designed and contributed to the delay compensation. Derivation and simulation results prove that the resulting model of Networked Control System (NCS) through the proposed modeling method is equivalent with the original networked MIMO system with both input and output delays in terms of input-output relationship, and thus it can be used in the prospective observer-based delay.

Abstract: To adjust the angle between braking panel of aerodynamic brake and the wind direction, the duct and the direction of the wind are fixed, and the panel is rotated horizontally. So a rotating mechanism should be designed out to make the aerodynamic braking equipment rotate horizontally. This paper emphatically completes the design of rotating control system. The rotating direction is controlled by two bevel gears; magnetic powder clutch is used to simplify the organization, optimize the control mechanism, and let electric signal control the movement of clutch directly; the rotary supporting mechanism is consist of slewing bear which have two functions, supporting and rotating, and this mechanism is more compact and stable. In a word, this mechanism realizes horizontal rotating of the test-bed. And it lays the foundation of experiments about aerodynamic braking system.

Abstract: Copolymer of p-phenylenediamine and bispirocyclic pentaerythritol diphosphate was synthesized and characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR. This polymer was used to prepare epoxy resin/SPDA composites. Thermal stability of SPDA and epoxy/SPDA composites were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and their flammability were investigated by the LOI test. TGA results showed that the addition of SPDA improved the char residue of epoxy resin. SEM investigation showed that the residual chars have a honeycomb-like structure, indicating an intumescent flame retarding effect of SPDA in composites. In addition, all of above results confirmed that accelerate carbonization play a key role in improving flame retardancy of epoxy resin.

Abstract: Kinematic characteristics of Hoeken mechanism is analyzed. Variable ratio transmission characteristics of elliptical gear is obtained. Elliptical geared Hoeken mechanism is presented. Kinematic characteristics of elliptical geared Hoeken mechanism is clarified. Eccentricity is optimized. The elliptical geared Hoeken mechanism with approximate uniform rectilinear motion is designed. The methods in this paper facilitate the innovation design of the mechanism with approximate uniform rectilinear motion.

Abstract: Direct towards the current research status of domestic drilling design, according to the characteristics of distributed, cross-platform and openness in Web Services, It is proposed to build a integrated drilling engineering design system included design basis, data support, drilling engineering design, cementing design, drilling fluid design and management of design result under the network environment using Web Services technology. The system would accomplished using Oracle9i and VS2008, so that it would become a reality that more drilling engineering staff or design staff distributed in different parts in a unified software platform for collaborative design.

Abstract: The stability control problem is considered for a class of discrete-time T-S fuzzy bilinear system with time-varying delay in both state and input. Based on the parallel distribute compensation (PDC) scheme, some sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the global asymptotically stability of the overall fuzzy system, which are represented in terms of matrix inequality. The corresponding controller can be obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a simulation example shows that the approach is effective.

Abstract: A batch reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization of styrene was investigated. The results show that the process has good characteristics of living free radical polymerization. The polymerization rate is higher comparing continuous polymerization.

Abstract: This Paper discusses the origin and development of the postmodernism theory, and then, expounds its influence on architecture and interior design fields separately with its representatives. At last, the thesis concludes that postmodernism effect the architecture and interior design process greatly. Meantime, it presents that we should push forward the development of Chinese architecture business by drawing support from postmodernism theory.

Abstract: PFI mill was used to prepare PBO fibrils from PBO fiber. With the help of the observation of SEM and the measure of water retention value as well as the analysis of specific surface area, it was found that the milling parameters, including the beating rotation number, beating spacing, beating pressure and beating concentration, influenced the fibrillation of PBO fiber. The processing parameters were studied. The optimal milling conditions were obtained: beating rotation number of 40000-50000r, spacing of 2.4mm, pressure of 4.89N/mm, and concentration of 7.5%. The prepared PBO fibrillar fiber has high specific surface area of 5.001m2/g, while the original PBO fiber has only a specific surface area of 0.476m2/g.

Polypseudorotaxane Hydrogels Based on F127 Block-Selected Inclusion Complexation with α-Cyclodextrin
Abstract: Supramolecular hydrogels were formed through F127, acryloyl chloride modified F127 inclusion complex with α-cyclodextrin, respectively. The structure of modified copolymers and inclusion complex was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR). Hydrogels formed from supramolecular inclusion are imparted channel-type structure investigated by wide angle x-ray diffraction (WAXRD). Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and TG experiments showed that thermal stability of hydrogels depend on the nature of axis polymer. The relative model was proposed to elucidate the inclusion complexes and hydrogels formation.
