Abstract: The high speed of image processing is required in the real-time image processing system. To improve the image processing speed, it is mainly implemented by hardware. This thesis constructs an image preprocessing system based on FPGA. Several typical image preprocessing algorithms, such as fast median filter, mean filter, Gaussian filter, Laplacian and Sobel operator edge filters, are implemented in the system. In the process of the system design, the characteristics and requirements of the image-processing implemented by hardware are fully considered. The parallel attribute insiding the image algorithm is effectively dug and the pipeline structure is adopt. All mentioned above are useful to optimize and improve the algorithms, reduce the hardware consumption and raise speed of image processing.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose two bloom filter based algorithms to solve the complicated event query adopting the separate DCS scheme. By using bloom filter, the communication cost involved in the procedure of query processing can be reduced. Experimental results show that our bloom filter based complicated event query processing algorithms achieve significant performance improvement in terms of energy consumption.

Abstract: This paper presented an efficient flexible bulk-heterojunction [regioregular of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT):(6,6)-phenyl C61 butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM)] solar cells with a highly transparent and electrical conductive NiO film as hole-transporting layer (HTL) on optimized Al doped zinc oxide (AZO) substrate. The strcture of this kind of devices is PET/AZO/NiO/P3HT: PCBM /Al. The highest power conversion efficiency (PCE) on glass substrate is 3.15%, and 1.66% on flexible substrate. The physical and electrical properties of AZO thin film were discussed, and the device photovoltaic characteristics were investigated in detail.

Abstract: Exhaust manifold is the main heated part of the engine, which bears the alternating heat loads and vibration loads in the process of high speed rotation in the extremely bad working environment. According to the method of fluid-solid coupling, the temperature, stress, strain and failure process of the exhaust manifold is reproduced through Abaqus finite element analysis and practical fatigue failure analysis. Comparing the simulation results with the real situation, it is proved that the finite element model is reasonable and the solving conditions are accurate. The further study of the problem will provide theoretical basis for the subsequent materials and structure optimization of the exhaust manifold, which will have important reference for the thermal fatigue damage, life prediction and control under the high temperature and thermal shock.

Abstract: In order to automatically and accurately identify the direction of the garlic scaly bud during garlic planting, and overcome the problem about the direction identify and alignment of the garlic scaly buds, it is proposed a method of the identification garlic clove bud direction based on local image technique. It is also explained the principle of the garlic clove buds identify direction, and designed the device to adjust and identify. It has been developed the control system to do a large number of experimental, and the results show that the controller can better identify the direction and adjust the direction of the garlic. The experiment proved that the recognition rate up to 90%, indicating the feasibility of the study.

Abstract: Aiming at the requirement of fast-response high-precision in seawater Total Organic Carbon ( TOC) quickly measurement, this paper presented a design scheme based on AD7799.The system took 24-bit △-∑ ADC AD7799 as the core and HAMAMATSU H5784 Photo Multiplier Tube (PMT) as photo-electric sensor. The design realized the measurement of chemiluminescence that correlates to seawater TOC. The experiments in the laboratory and Qingdao sea area show that the system possesses stable operation and high reliability. The experiment results show that the measurement resolution exceeds 0.001 mg/L and the measurement accuracy is 0.01 mg/L.

Abstract: Bench drilling machine is compact and flexible. But in the mass production, as the feeding of the machine is rely on manual work, the workers are easily to be exhausted and the manual production is not effective. This thesis gives a brief introduction of process of designing the automatic feeding device which is based on PLC for the Z512-drilling machine. The thesis demonstrates the device’s construction and control logic. This device can save works’ labor, time, easily to be produced and has a valuable application.

Abstract: This paper presents a low power ΣΔ modulator for a low power microsensor application. The ΣΔ modulator adopts second-order single loop topology with input feed-forward path. An asynchronous 4-bit successive approximation (SAR) quanztizer is employed to digitize the analog input. Inherent summation of SAR quantizer is utilized as analog summation. The switched operational amplifier is used in first integrator to reduced power consumption. The modulator, simulated at the transistor level using 0.13-μm CMOS technology, obtains a peak SNDR of 93 dB over an input signal of 5 kHz and simulation power consumption is 340 μW from 1-V supply.
