Abstract: According to analyzing the identity of ocean wave, theory of wave energy spectrum was applied to compute the curve of wave elevation vs. time in some sea state. Based on ship motion equations, ship motion was acquired by the simulation software of the of ship strip theory in some situation. How different navigation conditions effect on ship motion is researched in some sea state. The results show the change of degree of abaft the beam badly influenced the amplitude and periods of pitch, it also influenced periods of heave and amplitude of roll. The change of ship speed influenced the amplitude and periods of pitch, it also influenced periods of heave and roll.

Abstract: There are several stages of tool wear in turning process. The theory and the algorithm of the fuzzy cluster analysis (FCA) are applied in the research of the CNC turning tool wear State.We collect of the force signals and vibration signals at each stage. Using wavelet filtering and power spectrum methods, typical parameters changes are detected. We extract the signal feature for fuzzy clustering. Experimental results show that the tool wear prediction is achieved in turning by using this pattern recognition method.

Abstract: The paper mainly studies the thermal characteristic and methods of thermal compensation of the spindle system of a precision turning center. The three-dimensional model of spindle system is constructed and meshed by ANSYS Workbench. The boundary condition and heat source of the spindle system are computed by relevant theory and the results are applied to the finite element model. By comparing results of FEM and experiment, the boundary condition is adjusted if necessary to make the analysis results be similar to experimental results. Then the temperature field is used as a load to calculate the thermal deformation. Two ways of changing boundary condition of spindle system have been analyzed to find their influence on spindle thermal deformation, which are changing air flowing speed around headstock and setting up a cooling jacket at the front surface of the headstock respectively.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of existing time-frequency analysis methods was not effective to goniometer keeping fault of a certain missile, combined time -frequency analysis method of CWT and DWT for the fault was put forward based on the fault characteristic. The process of the method proposed was given and the time-frequency method of continuous and discrete wavelet transform was analysed. The signal when goniometer keeping fault occurred was analysed by the method that was put forward. The simulation showed that the method which was effective to the fault detecting could accurately detect the time and location of goniometer fault occurred.

Abstract: In this paper we use the method of MRF and neural network to solve the problem of parameters estimation in non-rigid 3D movement. Firstly, the method of MRF is used for modeling the local motion correlation of each feature point, and the 3D coordinates of each feature point are obtained. Then the method of neural network is used for clustering the feature points according to their motion situation. When the neural network reaches stabilization, we can get the motion parameters of each feature point. Finally, we correct the neighborhoods of each feature point according to motion parameters. The experimental results show that our algorithm can correctly estimate the non-rigid motion parameters.

Abstract: Grey Relational Analysis is a method of analysis and calculates the relational degree of evaluated object, which can characterize the relational degree between object with viral object. In this paper it was used to analyze the driving forces of water consumed structure change, and YiChang city was selected as an example. Adopted grey relational degree analysis, the main factors were found out. The results showed that industry water utilization rate, irrigation area, urbanization level are the main driving forces, and corresponding water-saving measures were put forward. This study can provide reference for the construction of water-saving society and sustainable utilization of water resource.

Abstract: Research on reverse system based on bluetooth was carried out in order to overcome the dependence on CMM and to cut down a large amount of auxiliary time. The system applied the bluetooth technology in the reverse engineering for the first time. Not only the dependence on CMM in reverse engineering was solved, but also was the error term decreased. The reverse precision was up to 0.001mm. Machining and Measuring on the same machine tool cut down the operation cost, reduced operator, improved process control, decreased auxiliary time of offline measuring, increase utilization ration and saved resources and cost

Abstract: The medical image fusion technology has become a hot research field of medical imaging; the image segmentation is an important task in image fusion. Due to the diversity and complexity of the medical images, the medical image fusion technology has a big difficulty in image segmentation. Threshold method becomes an important image segmentation way due to its high efficiency and simple feature. However, for the segmentation of the complex medical images, the effect of the threshold method is far from being ideal. Powell algorithm is the best direct search way; the application of the improved Powell algorithm can search the target better. Therefore, the authors propose an image segmentation method that is based on variable threshold and combines with Powell algorithm. Through the simulation experiment, this method can segment the images rapidly and effectively, and features a strong robustness.

Abstract: This paper use the statistical method to give the similar definition of common broken line. This is the first derivative function of the Linear correlation analysis which is based on the history data of Shenhu Securities Market and through the RSI index line and the closing quotation price line of the financial trading products, which reaching a result of relative analysis coefficient that all bigger than 0.8. This speak volume for that both of the height of the broken line is similar. By using the fitting nature of RSI index line and closing quotation price line, we reach the price predictor formula of financial trading products and make an empirical analysis, which will provide math support for the extreme price of financial trading products by using RS index to judge.
