Abstract: Design of vertical bearing member under the isolation devices needs higher safety reliability in the base-isolation system, which is more important than the upper structure. A method of considering second-order moment caused by superstructure horizontal shift is put forward in this paper, so that to analysis the stress and strain in the FEM of cantilever column under the isolators. Analysis result of the FEM indicates that the method in this paper can effectively balance the decrease of stiffness, which is caused by the shift of superstructure on the isolators

Abstract: This paper addresses the stabilization problem for a class of switched nonlinear systems with Lipschitz nonlinearities using the multiple Lyapunov functions (MLFs) approach. A state feedback controller and a state dependent switching law are proposed to asymptotic stabilization the switched system via linear matrix inequalities (LMI). The developed control strategy ensures asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system even if the nonlinear part . Finally, the feasibility of the proposed method is illustrated through a simulation example

Abstract: The system, a closed-loop control system which consists of single chip computer, control circuit, frequency converter and motor, can not only measure the motor’s speed, but also can set the motor’s speed conveniently and make the motor run at the set speed at last. There need to be three timers/counters to realize this function. As an enhanced 51 series microcontroller AT89S52, There are three such timers/counters (T0, T1, T2) in it. We can determine the motor’s speed with T2 by installing powerful magnet and Hall sensor on the motor’s axle. The Hall sensor generates a pulse when the motor’s axle turn a round. We can get the motor’s speed by calculating the cycle of the pulse. T1 and T2, as pulse width modulation signal generator, produce the pulse signals. Here T1 determines the cycle, and T0 determines the duty ratio. The duty ratio of pulse signals can be regulated according to the deviation between the real speed and set speed. Then the single chip computer generates corresponding DC voltage, which controls the frequency converter and makes the motor run at the set speed finally. The system can be applied to many field that has special requirements to motor’s speed.

Abstract: The paper gives an introduction to a generation method of SPWM, based on TMS320F2812 DSP developed by the IT Company to adapt to the situation that the SPWM is widely used in the medium voltage inverter. It discusses the SPWM generation principle, and shows the System hardware architecture and its Software implementation. By experiments, this method is feasible to generate SPWM, and successfully applied to cells in series medium voltage frequency conversion system.

Abstract: It has been one of the difficulties that high-precision small hole on stainless steel is machined. The supersonic vibration boring acoustic system is installed in the lathe. The supersonic wave energy applies to tool to create pulse power on the cutting process. The separation vibration cutting is achieved by the pulse force. The comparative tests on boring surface quality are carried. The quality of surface machined by this method is compared to that by grinding. This cutting is the green cutting. The boring process system is stability. The cutting force is greatly reduced. The cutting temperature is at room temperature. The tool life is greatly increased. Surface quality and shape precision is greatly improved. The regulations of the ultrasonic vibration boring dry cutting of stainless steel are also summarized. The test results show that the ultrasonic vibration boring by double cutter is of very superior cutting mechanism and is a high-precision thin - long deep - hole machining of stainless steel materials, efficient cutting methods.

Abstract: The method to describe the use of neural network nonlinear prediction model is presented in this paper,it works on the nonlinear model and translates it into linearization.The linear model is dealt with by generalize predictive control, and finally the use of the compensation algorithm to linearization bring the model to compensate for the mismatch, it is verified the effectiveness of the algorithm by simulation.

Abstract: The air pressure, flow, temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide, oxygen and other environment variables in a sealed cabin are regarded as the simulated and measured objects in this control system. Siemens S7-200PLC is used as control core and Smart 700 touch screen is used as host computer, communication between them is accomplished through the PPI Protocol. The low-pressure sealed cabin mainly used to study the reaction mechanism and the resistance of human who living in the plateau. Meanwhile, it has extensive application value in mountaineering, sports, clinical medicine and many other fields.

Abstract: At present, the production and processing of the gun barrel caliber are mostly small batch. If the processing quality is controlled using the traditional SPC method directly, it is difficult to ensure the required sample size. For this situation, the small batch quality control theory and international basic ideas were introduced. The control model of the gun barrel caliber processing quality was established based on X—Rs control chart. Finally, taking the processing of a certain type of gun barrel caliber for example was analyzed.
