Abstract: Disc motor is a kind of motor which have a short axial dimensions and large start torque, it is widely used in machinery and equipment. Production quality of the motor stator and rotor determine the disc motor's performance .The motor stator and rotor which is produced by the method of punching-winding combined, have a high precision of motor underline slot and the motor performances good. Apply the PLC control system on the stator and rotor production, have a high degree of intelligence, easy to operate, realized the automation of the stator and rotor production and increased the productivity.

Abstract: The LAMOST fiber positioning system is installed in focal panel. Thermal deformation influences focal panel and fiber positioning precision greatly. The heat transfer mathematical model of focal panel is established with the analysis of the focal panel structure. A single step motor heat under the normal work is detected. By using finite element analysis software Ansys the temperature distribution of the focal panel is calculated, which provides the basis for the next step calculation of the focal panel thermal deformation.

Abstract: This paper presents an improved algorithm for distribution network reconfiguration. The objectives is to minimized the power loss and the percentage of over-voltage. Based on the traditional genetic algorithm, the adaptable function selection and the disposal of terminating evolution criteria has been improved, to improve the convergence of the system and the calculation accuracy. At the same time, using a new estimation method to correct the load curve. This approach takes full advantage of existing distribution network's original data, it can significantly reduce the computation time, its accuracy to meet the requirements of engineering practice. Test results have been presented along with the discussion of the algorithm.

The support vehicle approaching speed, impact force and contact position are measured and used as the evaluating factors. Abstract: Chamber deformation in vacuum electron beam welding machine directly affects the processing precision of whole equipment.In order to further improve performance of the welding machine,by the use of the computer simulation software, the Chamber structure in some type of vacuum electron beam welding machine,was optimized designed. And the optimized results were verified in a actual vacuum chamber. The results of deformation measurement show that the vacuum chamber optimization design is successful.

Abstract: It is very important to improve shop production performance in manufacturing process. The main manufacturing management methods include Kanban and Drum Buffer Rope (DBR) systems. In this paper computer simulation is used to evaluate the performance of these manufacturing systems. A simulation model was developed to collect and analyze some key performance indexes including total system output, flow time and average WIP invention. The optimal buffer size was found out by studying the two manufacturing systems at different capacities. The systems were also compared with and without machine breakdowns. The simulation model provided a significant insight into the two systems and the benefits of both the systems were realized

Abstract: In this paper, a new design for underwater vehicle yaw control is presented for nonlinear, large delay, time-varying systems. The horizontal stability controller combines generalized predictive control with FuzzyPID control method. The predictive function is introduced into the tradition FuzzyPID control through optimizing the performance index function of GPC. Computer simulation is provided for verification, and the results show this new controller has a better performance

Abstract: Acoustic sensoxr array technology is the one of the key technology of passive acoustic detection technology, whether the single array has a good performance on direction will directly affect the accuracy of the locating system. In order to choose the best single array on direction, in this paper, respectively selected representative plane array and spatial array from a number of typical single arrays to analyze, find out the advantages and disadvantages of two single arrays. On this basis, around the idea of integrating the advantage of symmetric spatial array and plane cross five-element array, according to characteristics of the structure of this two kinds of arrays to design a new locating model—spatial five-element array. And compared with two kinds of single array mentioned above, the results of comparison show that the locating accuracy of spatial five-elements array is superior to both kinds of mentioned, and have high engineering value.

Abstract: The threat which the formation of ships will face is much more complex and various than ever before. To recognise targets right and fast is the precondition of air defence. On the basis of analysing the information from surveillance radar, the target recognition of fleet air defence is translated into optimal clustering problem, and the model for identifying air-targets is established. Through standardizing the attribute values of samples and then the Principal Components Analysis(PCA) and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) is introduced and the best solution is established. With the advantage of PSO's intelligent searching mechanism, global optimization, robustness and strong classification ability, the model can deal with such problems simply quickly and correctly,and help the commanders make decisions effectively.

Abstract: In the paper the mathematical model of the single inverted pendulum is established, on the base of the root locus and the control tasks the control system is made up of double closed-loop unit gain negative feedback and BP neural network controller. The results show that the inverted pendulum is efficiently controlled.
