Design of a New Fault Detection System for Auto-Loader

Abstract:

Aimed at the problems of that present fault detection system for Auto-Loader can’t adapt the need of maintenance and support under field conditions, a set of portable intelligent fault detection was developed. On the basis of deeply analyzing Auto-Loader’s sequence control circuit and operating principle, the system overall design plan was built up; circuit of the power, data acquisition circuit, mutual interface circuit and other hardware were designed, anti-interference technology was studied; Data analysis software of upper computer system was developed by Visual Basic, the interface was used and studied briefly, suitable for every level’s technical staff. The example of fault detection of Auto-Loader’s program control box has indicated that detecting instrument was practical.
