Abstract:

This study focuses on the automated packaging systems of the Phthalic anhydride made up of the PLC of Siemens S7-200 series and the weighing instruments, the sensor is mainly used to complete the Phthalic anhydride product weighing, bagging, sealing, and other functions, and The field text display , the configuration software of PC is used to display real-time monitoring interface. The weighing, bagging, sealing and other functions of the Phthalic anhydride product is completed mainly. The coarse and fine spiral motor is used to ensure system accuracy in the entire Control of the packaging process, the Phthalic anhydride product quickly and accurately weighing can be completed in this design. The application of the photoelectric sensor control the sewing machine start and stop of the sealed packaging process fast and accurate; Combination of TD400C and SIMATIC WinCC configuration software provides the packaging system fine human-computer interface.
