Abstract:

The paper, importing the three-dimensional solid model of twin tripod slider universal joint built by drawing tools-SolidWorks into multi-body dynamics software, analyze the force state of the interaction between the moving parts, derive the motion rules of the key components on condition that friction and resistance torque. Which provide a solid theoretical basis for the studies in the later part of dynamics characteristics and fatigue characteristics.
