Abstract: In this paper processing mineralogy analysis was carried on the secondary crude ore of which the characteristic of the separating was analyzed. Tests were carried on the crude ore, which is of the secondary grinding of the rich ore manufacture system of Jinchuan mineral processing plant, by using Cyclonic-static Micro-bubble Column Flotation. The result of the tests had proved that Cyclonic-Static Micro-bubble Columns Flotation is expert at recoverying the fine ores, and middling-regrinding is a feasible kind of method to improving the recovery.

Abstract: The characteristics of Yangla copper oxide ore and acid leaching of this copper ore were investigated. The results indicate direct dump acid leaching of raw ore is not feasible for the treatment of this copper ore in practice. Sieve sizing-warming-stirring-acid leaching process was employed for the treatment of the fine grain materials below 1m, while 66.19% copper leaching efficiency and10.92 t H2SO4 consumption for per ton are obtained. Dump acid leaching process was employed for the treatment of the coarse grain materials above 1 mm, while 68.65% copper leaching efficiency and 15.43 t H2SO4 consumption for per ton copper are obtained. Key techniques are that sieve sizing process strictly controls the content of fine grain materials in dump leaching process and the searches ability of H2SO4 for the internal copper ore is improved, while warming-stirring-acid leaching process reinforces the copper leaching efficiency of fine grain materials. The proposed in this paper will be of benefit to the utilization of similar refractory copper oxide ore with high content of slime and iron minerals.

Abstract: This study aimed to obtain volatile copper from a high-copper pyrite cinder by optimizing the chloridizing roasting process using response surface methodology (RSM). The effect of key parameters, i.e., dosage of CaCl2 addition, roasting time and roasting temperature, on the copper volatile ratio was investigated and a quadratic model was suggested by the methodology to correlate the variables to this volatile ratio. The results indicated that the model was in good agreement with the experimental data at a correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.9782, and the most influential parameter on efficiency was identified as the dosage of CaCl2 addition. The optimum conditions for chloridizing roasting from the high copper pyrite cinder were identified as a dosage of CaCl2 addition of 4.8 wt%, a roasting time of 19.28 min and a roasting temperature of 1151.51 °C; under such conditions, a copper volatile ratio of 97.82% was achieved. The pellets obtained by this process are characterized by a high content of hematite, and the main impurity element contents are consistent with the requirements for iron concentrate, which is suitable for use in ironmaking.

Abstract: In this work, the crystallization of Carnallite from waste brine of Qaidam Basin in Qinghai province was studied based on NaCl-KCl-MgCl2-H2O phase diagram. According to this study, a new crystallization pathway to recycling waste brine was developed. The carnallite salt was formed by using this technology during the waste brine evaporation. The experiment data shows that 5 tons of waste brine was required to form one ton of the carnallite. The average grade of carnallite prepared by using this procedure was about 19.40 % of KCl, 16.92% of NaCl, 28.80% of MgCl2, and 0.82% of CaSO4. This study provides an opportunity to utilization of the waste brine.

Abstract: In order to excavate coal resourses which is under buildings, water bodies, railways and above confined water, a complete technology of new pumping paste comprehensive mechanization mining technique which is safety, high efficiency, high mining rate and environmental protection has been formed, the study on filling material is very important. In this thesis, the uniform experiment is used comprehensively on the proportioning test of mine solid waste such as coal gangue, fly ash etc. The results showed: (1) the collapsed slump of paste will increase obviously with the increase of the content of fly ash; (2) the paste stratified degree will decrease regularly with the increase of the content of fly ash; (3) the paste bleeding rate will reduce obviously with the increase of the content of fly ash; (4) the paste strength will increase gradually with the the increase of cementing material; (5) early strength agent can improve the early strength of filling test blocks to some extent, but the later strength growth is not obvious.

Abstract: Anhui hematite contains 43.21% of iron and 30.11% of silicon; it belongs to high silica refractory hematite. In this paper, reverse-flotation process was adopted to deal with the ore; as a result, good indexes can be obtained, which the iron concentrate grade is 61.76 % with 83.06% recovery. Flotation process can be carried out at room temperature, in comparison with anionic reverse flotation process, cationic reverse flotation can reduce the cost of ore processing. study.

Abstract: Several mathematical models describing particle separation and predict the separations in TBS are available. Because of the complexity of these models, Galvin’s model and Das’s model are of most interest. Equations of Galvin’s model, Das’s model and Alien’s law are used to predict the values of the terminal velocities. Free settling tests of 25 samples were undertaken. The average deviation of Galvin’s model is 0.019043, the values predicted by equations of Galvin’s model are most closes to the experimental data. Therefore, correlation equations of Galvin’s model should be chosen to calculate the terminal velocity of particles in the TBS.

Abstract: There is a remarkable interaction when fine particles adsorbed calcium ions in sphalerite / silica system, it is not conducive to mineral flotation. That is the key to how to reduce or eliminate calcium ions for reducing the interactions. This paper focuses on Zeta potential and Zeta potential distribution (ZPD) with single minerals and Mixture (silica/sphalerite=4:1) in gypsum solution, and the interactions of the sphalerite / silica particles was analyzed.

Abstract: There is a remarkable interaction when fine particles adsorbed calcium ions in sphalerite / silica system, it is not conducive to mineral flotation. The key is to how to reduce or eliminate calcium ions. The calcium ions concentration is decreased significantly if the accumulation of gypsum is converted to calcium carbonate in the circulating water. This paper focuses on Zeta potential and Zeta potential distribution (ZPD) with single minerals and Mixture (silica/sphalerite=4:1) in calcium carbonate solution, and the interactions of the sphalerite / silica particles was analyzed.
