Abstract: Filled with foreign brands, today China’s contemporary industrial design is in the low stage. With the development of social-economic and scientific technology, also the improvement of the quality of people's lives, their requirements of the functions of daily industrial goods and the outlook design are higher . Contemporary industrial designers must combine the public traditional conception and modern lifestyle organicly, and take the outstanding national culture as the main line, draw on the successful experience of the developed countries, in order to make China's industrial design property that is provided with national character and powerful vitality prosper. This paper starts from the rise of industrial design since the Reform and Opening up, and put forward a number of industrial design ideas and suggestions through the analysis and interpretation of the twists roads of the recent decades.

Abstract: Since late 20th century, countries all over the world have gradually realized that environment friendly industry makes for sustainable development of the world. In 1980s, western countries put forward green design concept and widely advocate and apply it to modern industrial activities of mankind. Likewise, green design concept has gradually entered the field of fashion design and has been accepted and applied by Chinese designers, exactly based on which the popular low carbon concept has been developed and evolved. Environment protecting green design brings fashion design a brand new look and is increasingly advocated and accepted by consumers; study and application of environment protecting new materials also indicates new directions for fashion design; the application of green design concept to fashion becomes the latest topic for designers to study on.

Abstract: The empirical likelihood inference based weighted correction in linear EV model with missing responses is studied. A weighted-correct empirical likelihood method is developed. It can be shown that the weighted-correct empirical likelihood ratio is asymptotically standard chi-square. The results can be used directly to construct the asymptotic confidence regions of the unknown parameters. The estimation procedure is relatively simple and the estimated efficiency has been greatly improved.

Abstract: The method of maximizing deviations was carried out for the integrated evaluation of ship Maneuverability in this paper, established the system of integrated evaluation of ship maneuverability, architecture principle of this method and the calculation procedure are illustrated. Applying the method in an integrated evaluation of ship maneuverability for two ship models, the feasibility of the method is proved. It proves that the method of maximizing deviations is maturity in theory as well as precisely and reliably in practice. Providing reference for evaluation of ship maneuverability in engineering design.

Abstract: This essay analyses the mechanical behavior of the paper machine drying section rack by FEA method, obtaining transformation and stress distribution of the rack under static loading, so as to achieve the natural frequency and the corresponding strain, stress of the rack. This paper could provide theoretical foundation for design, fault diagnosis or reforming speed acceleration.

Abstract: Because the plant roots are in underground, hard observation and measurement, the simulation and 3 D reconstruction of the plant roots is always a difficulty of virtual plant. This paper based on image modeling technology, according to different viewpoint in space in the distribution of the sparse photo stems and roots corresponding stems the corresponding relation of solving the halfway point, to rebuild 3 D model of the plant roots.Targeted at the root of Jatropha Curcas, the experimental results show that the method is feasible and effective, and can provide reference for the establishment of a complete plant visualization system.

Abstract: Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) is dramatically suitable for low temperature waste-heat generation. The small-scale radial inflow turbine is introduced to integrate into the ORC characterized by simple structure, low parts count, high efficiency, especially getting high efficiency under the condition of smaller flow. This turbine is comprised of four main parts named by the volute, the nozzle (stator), the impeller (rotor), and the diffuser respectively. This paper introduces how to design and model the parts in detail, discusses modeling skills and shares experience. The structure of the volute and impeller is so complicated that parts are not easy to model. These 3D models can directly import to both ANSYS and FLUENT to analysis the flow field in order to achieve the optimize parameters.

Abstract: The Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) was implemented by the development of smart grid promoted Grid Corporation to change the style of asset management. The external environment of LCAM is a development and changing system which had some characteristic with multi-agent, multi-level and multi-dimensional structure. Therefore, it is imperative requirement of implementing LCAM to .correctly understand and grasp the changing trends of external environment. The purpose of this paper is to propose an external environment early-warning model with LCAM to address the problem with how to grasp the change trends of external environment. This paper first calculated the weight of external environments by TOPSIS based transfer-entropy with survey data. And some significant external environment factors would be selected to be as the input vector of BP Neural Networks. Then the BP Neural Networks model was employed to early warning the situation of external environment. The results showed the superiority of the above two approaches in external environment early warning.
