Abstract: At present, environmental issues associated with rapid economic development are becoming critical concerns that arouse government’s and people’s particular attention. A large amount of influencing factors and especially their complicated interactions have always thrown confused insights into assessing the dynamic evolvement and sustainable development of urban economy–resource–environment (ERE) system and programming the developing strategies. According to connotation and framework of sustainable development, this study proposes a hierarchical multi-level method to evaluate the urban sustainability in Chongqing city of China suffering from depletion of resource and degradation of environment. Integrated assessment results indicate that the current ERE system of Chongqing is not sustainable; environment development mode is more effective to sustainable development of urban ERE system. Under the considerations of development features and regional differences, as well as regular discipline on urbanization, a coordinated combination of environmental, resource and technology modes is believed to realize sustainable development of ERE system.

Abstract: In this paper, the healthy high-rise residential based on the sustainable concept, which is not only the general meaning residential adaptability, it besides can meet people's basic living function demand, highly gathered crowd, save land, to the efficient and recycling resource outside, also should do something about the sustainable of human health, social culture and ecological environment, including the physical and mental health of the residents, harmonious relationships among neighbors, yard continuity of culture, low carbon energy saving of the living environment of the city construction, etc.

Abstract: Having understood the disadvantages of traditional marine development mode, the sustainable development mode, which makes overall planning of land and sea and endorses equal importance to both development and protection, is attracting more and more attentions from coastal regions. To formulate the right orientation of marine development, this thesis attempts to apply SWOT-AHP method, a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, into strategy formulation. And, by introducing revision coefficient, this thesis modifies the current quantitative calculation methods. Finally, a SWOT-AHP analysis system of sustainable marine development plan has been constructed. In the study of Shantou marine development, strength, weakness, opportunity and threat factors have been listed through symposium and data analysis; attribution and impacts of these factors are calculated from experts’ evaluation. Based on these scores, a strategic quadrilateral is built, which could directly reflect the orientation of Shantou marine development. According to the analysis results, we can see that the advantage of Shantou marine development is obvious. Shantou should take growth strategy to make better use of its strength and opportunity factors; and transform its development mode from the traditional overexploitation to a sustainable one, which highly emphasizes on protecting marine ecological services and achieving the equilibrium of both ecological civilization and economic growth.

Abstract: As an industry closely related with one's relaxation and entertainment, tourism is coming to its perfection. The sustainable development of our society and economy requires tourism to comply with the macro environment and achieve the sustainable development. To accomplish this goal, it is necessary for us to analyze the external environment of tourism, esp, the economic climate, to utilize the favorable factors within so as to promote the development of tourism and achieve the established goals.

Abstract: Implementation of reverse logistics is the foundation of developing circular economy and realizing sustainable development. According to the characters of green logistics, multi level evaluation index system of green degree of reverse logistics system is built in this paper, the weight of each index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process, the system green degree is evaluated by applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the result is analyzed. The result shows that the method is simple, accurate and has a good application.

It has profound cultural background, and the existing ancient civilization inheritance is one cultural resource, ancient, unique, closed and complete. From the cultural industry angle, this article analyzes the history and development of Xiaoyi, probes the value of the old city at Xiaoyi as the cultural resource, and proposes the pattern of realizing the sustainable development of the society, resource and economy at Xiaoyi, guided by the sustainable development concept.

Abstract: By providing a systematic analysis and comparing environment-friendly concepts, thorough researches about meanings of green design,eco-design and sustainable design were offered,and pointed out that eco-design and green design have mainly brought into focus on product technology elements, while those methods of product technology level always have obviously insufficient to change users behavior. So this paper attempted to outline some operable sustainable design strategies from the perspectives of product form elements and product function elements. In the aspect of product form elements, the core of strategy is that let nature visual through bionic design and edification design,which will be helpful to deeply enhance users’ environmental consciousness, bring users instinct emotions back to nature, and reconstruct the harmon vivid relationship between nature and human. In the aspect of product function elements, the strategy is that creat the constrainted and guiding operation function through constraint principle and unconscious design,which will be helpful to deeply change users careless behaviors towards more sustainable practices.

Abstract: With the rapid construction and development of ecological-economic Poyang lake zone, resource exploitation brought on many environmental problems. The main reason is that the production –centered development strategy makes the environmental problems marginalized, which cause the enterprises escape liability, the existing social management system make social balance mechanism ineffective. It is urgent that people-oriented policy systems shuold be built, laws and regulations should be perfect and develop environmental education to promote industries to corporate social responsibility.

Abstract: For the reason that drivers often act according to the car ahead, it’s possible that there is some relationship between the car queue start time and the interval of the cars after the light turns green. In this case, it may exist a rational interval with which the car queue can pass the crossroad fastest. Based on the collision avoidance model, a simulation program is proposed, in which the acceleration of cars is limited by the real characteristics of car movement. A corresponding experiment is then conducted. The result of the experiment shows that the rational interval is actually nonexistent.

Abstract: A new template matching algorithm based on polar coordinate is proposed to improve the performance of the tracking system. The shape of the matching template is round, and the pixels in the template and the matching area are arranged into circle, which can ensure the rotation invariance of the method. Some differential matching information is added into the matching criterion function, which makes the method have higher recognition precision. In the long time target tracking process, template updating operation is adopted to avoid losing the target. Simulation results prove that the method can be applied in the TV tracking system. Using the same controller, the method has better tracking performance.
