Abstract: The development of domestic leisure agriculture exists many issues, such as homogeneous competition, environmental pollution and low comfort. These problems can be solved by making full use of renewable energy technologies, attaching importance to landscape design and environmental protection, improving the cultural quality and comfort. This paper designed a leisure agriculture garden with the combination of solar technology and landscape farmland, analyzed the input-output of the designed park and afforded an introduction on the relevant supporting technologies at last.

Abstract: This article presents the preliminary results of empirical research on the emerging practices of EcoDesign in the sector of Information Technology and Communication (ICT) in China. We show that the structuring of the organizational field of EcoDesign is under the constraint of external actor-networks, mainly European regulatory constraints. The central government, relayed by major exporting companies in the sector, has had to build an eco-system of EcoDesign that combines economic efficiency and incentive regulation both in order to achieve strategic goals and to meet the global environmentalist demand.

Abstract: Global warming is attracting more and more countries and regions to be concerned about the environmental problems. On the whole, the developed countries have started earlier in the field of developing low-carbon economy, and their experience is worth researching and referring for the developing countries. At present, china’s low-carbon economy is in its infancy, and the experience of the developed countries in developing low-carbon economy will provide us with some helpful enlightenment.

Abstract: The modern clothing industry is facing many conquers when global developing the low carbon economy. The paper describes the real status and finds some difficulties in the clothing industry, then it points that the only way is to following the low carbon economy, namely, the “low carbon life” concept. Therefore, the paper puts forward a new ideas to develop low carbon clothing basing on low carbon economy, in the later, there are some analysis about the connotations, the feature of low carbon clothing, then puts forward some countermeasures to develop low carbon clothing from three angles of the government, the enterprise and the social.

Abstract: In this paper, the new rural landscape architecture is the research object, with the low carbon angle, we try to explore the systematic methods of new rural landscape architecture .

It has given the conclusion that there is only one stable equilibrium point the system. This paper also elucidates the biology meaning of the model and its equilibrium points.

Abstract: This article first analyzes the concept, features, functions, of folk- based Scenic, summarizes the current problems in the development process. Then the study of ecological destination - Lugu Lake Scenic Area in detail analyses the natural environment and socio-economic and cultural , and puts forward the sustainable ecological development mode for Lugu lake scenic .　 Folk-type of scenic areas is preserved considerable local houses, ruins legacy, crafts, folk customs and religious rituals and facilities of the social scenic area. It has unique folk landscape features, and no shortage of beautiful natural landscape. It’s main functions are researches education, tours, activities, special education and landscape experience.

Abstract: The background of ecological civilization and the request of ecological environment have required the government to bear the new responsibility, that is ecological responsibility. Only when the relations of ecological civilization and sustainable development, ecological economics and ecological benefit, and so on, can be straightened out, government would recognize the major connotation of ecological responsibility and bear it for the society and the public in the new era.

Abstract: Under the background of dealing with global warming, low-carbon economy has been chosen by countries in the world seeking for the balance between economic development and environmental protection, and low-carbon industry has become the foundation for development in low-carbon economy. This paper puts forward corresponding solutions to existing problems which covers structural optimization of low-carbon industry difficult to achieve in a short term, the shortage of the core technologies, financing difficulties, and ineffective co-operation of government and enterprises.

Abstract: In the past 10,000 years, mankind was primarily engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry. Its economic development did not cause too much destruction of the Earth's environment. But in the recent 300 years, coal mining, oil extraction, land reclamation, mineral exploitation, lumbering, fishing, chemical and nuclear industries, etc., resulted in a variety of ecological disasters. The atmosphere and water resources, soil layers have been seriously polluted. The deteriorating environment reminds mankind that economic development can not sacrifice the environment. For the sake of sustainable development, this paper puts forward a new theory: Tenant Theory. This theory regards mankind as a tenant living in the big house, the biosphere. Its vertical distance is only about 20 kilometers. All the activities of the tenant could not destroy the house. But, this tenant has always been damaging the house unconsciously. In order to obtain an opportunity of sustainable development, mankind must adjust its values and patterns of behavior. This theory is first presented in this paper, it warns that mankind should recognize own place in the great nature, and know how to think and how to behave so as to obtain sustainable development.
