Abstract: Channel promotions compete against brand promotions among two manufacturers and one traditional retailer in e-commerce age. Being a leader the first strong manufacturer is not only the weakest traditional retailer’s supplier but also a competitor to the second weaker manufacturer in the internet at the same time. The paper focuses on three supply chain partners’ dynamic games in dual channels and finds out their optimal promotion competition decisions. By three-dimensional simulation analysis it reveals some objective laws of management decisions, such as limits of the traditional retailer’s living space in dual markets competition, and the conditions that all of the three partners could join in the dual markets competition, especially the strong manufacturer 1 could take part in the online market competition, and the strong manufacturer 1 should control its Internet brand promotion level to keep its strong status, etc.

Abstract: Since the industrial revolution, with the expansion of the global population and the rapid economic development, global climate warming and a series of environmental problems, which caused by the overuse of fossil energy, have become a hot topic all over the world. This paper systematically reviewed the development of low-carbon economy at home and abroad, in-depth analyzed the internal and external pressure, which the development of low-carbon economy in china must face at the moment. Based on this, with the scientific development as a guide, the paper puts corresponding strategies and suggestions, which should be taken to develop low-carbon economy in our country without affecting the socio-economic development.

Abstract: To protect the environment in China, the ecological rule of law should be built with three parts. First of all, ecological notion shall be taken as the foundation. Secondly, the ecological rule of law should be a complete one including ecological legal system, ecological bill for amendment and ecological procedural rule. Finally, other social protection measures, such as economic, political and management measures shall be taken. If we do these, this set of systematic ecological rule of law can promote the realization of ecological culture and give an example for others.

Abstract: Beginning with the increasingly serious situation facing human society, it describes the origin and meaning of ecological circular economy; after that, it focuses on the three main principles of the eco-circular economy, they are reduction, reuse and recycle principles. Then, it analyzes the eco-circular economy further from the angle of industrial technology and economic dimensions, summarizes the barriers to the development of eco-circular economy. Finally, the paper elaborates a number of measures in the establishment of eco-circular economy.

Abstract: Inland shipping is an important transportation mode that has increased over time in Jiangxi Province of China. CO2 emissions from inland shipping are significantly increasing and have remarkable impact on air quality. And CO2 reductions from inland waterborne transportation modes are therefore urgently required to reduce the impacts of climate change. CO2 emissions from inland shipping of Jiangxi Province are calculated by utilizing activities based energy consumption data, and potential CO2 reduciton are estimated using ASIF equation. Total emissions from inland ships of the province were estimated at 297 Mt CO2 in 2009, 3.3 times of that in 2000, and potential CO2 reduction would be in the relative range of 27% to30% in 20 15 and of 35% to 40% in 2020, compared to baseline projections of business-as-usual.

Abstract: Abstract. Regional difference of China's CO2 emission is basically in line with the trend of China's economic development that the emission is higher in the eastern coastal areas and lower in the western inland areas. The characteristic of the changes of the total CO2 emission is that the growth rate significantly accelerated after 2000. The basic factor which acts as a drive of CO2 emission increase is economic scale factor and the energy saving factor contributes to the decrease of CO2 emission. The driving power of the population factor and energy conversion factor is weak especially the influence of energy conversion factor is very instable. All the provinces are driven by positive driving force in economic scale factor and most provinces with great driving power are located in the eastern coastal areas. All the provinces are driven by positive driving force without expectation in energy conversion factor and most provinces whose energy saving efficiency improvement is of range small are driven poorly are located in the inland. Provinces are mostly driven positively in population size factor and this is related with size and orientation of driving force and population growth. The reason of the great difference of energy conversion factor is connected with energy consumption scale and change of CO2 emission energy unit consumption.

Abstract: This article expounds the connotation of core competence of construction enterprises and establishes the evaluation index system about core competence of construction enterprises in low-carbon economy perspective. Using AHP-entropy weight method to determine the evaluation index weight, then applying linear weighted to calculate comprehensive evaluation value of all target. Finally obtaining the final evaluation results.

Abstract: In the new historical arena, to develop urban ecological civilization is of great importance to promote the urban comprehensive competence for now and in the future, and remains as a developmental trend of the urban modern civilization. The paper, aiming at the Yangtze River Delta (“YRD”), a place of strategic importance in China’s economy, first puts forward many challenges that the urban ecological civilization construction is exposed to during the rapid economic growth in the process of industrialization, including severe issues in resources and the environment, the extensive economic growth, and the high-carbon lifestyle; later, based on the analysis of the relation between the low-carbon economy and the ecological civilization construction, it suggests to promote the urban ecological civilization construction in cities of YRD and to realize the sustainable development by actively developing the low-carbon economy featured in low energy consumption, low emission, and low pollution.

Abstract: A sustainable human settlement is a healthy environment to work and live in. The need is becoming obviously in the decline in environmental quality as well as global climate change. Climate change and related hazards are having impacts on human settlements causing major loss of life, social disruption and economic hardship. The unvalued nature of sustainable human settlement makes it difficult to incorporate the environment in the normal calculation schemes of rational market behavior. Linking of climate change adaptation with sustainable human settlement is important and starting to happen although there are significant barriers. Many settlements in China are at risk and need to adapt and reduce risk. Addressing the challenge of climate change must be established to meet the needs of providing a sustainable human settlement base on which to develop and implement public policies.

Abstract: This article points out that it must rely on tax policy to create a low-carbon economy in China. To improve China's tax system to promote optimal allocation of resources is a priority means, but also is needed to promote economic and social development, and the harmonious development between man and nature.
