Abstract: This paper compiles the program to control the double- robot polishing system remotely by the interface-socket of the network programming in the VC++6.0 language environment and realizes the application of the dual- robot system network. It adopts TCP/IP protocol as the communication protocol between the serial robots by the C/S mode of dual robot polishing system. The mode of the hand shake is carried out for the polishing experiments between the arm of two serial robots and communication of the binocular camera successfully. The experiment shows that the communication protocol can enforce communication of the computer between the dual-robot. It can achieve the stablity and higher instantaneity. It has met the communication needs of the double- robot.

Abstract: Experts and scholars have debated for the relationship and importance of university researching and teaching for a long time, owing to the problem that classroom teaching is not attached importance exists objectively, and becomes more serious. Through the direct analysis of teaching activity which is sufficient to embody the content and methods of the scientific research, the effectiveness of university research nurturing teaching is very notable. The teaching content and core knowledge is studied by taking a course as an example. Through the introduction of scientific research achievement, internationalization, and engineering elements, the mark of scientific research nurturing teaching is embodied, and then the operable evaluation index of scientific research nurturing teaching is put forward, which is expecting objective assessment of the connotation of teaching in order to provide a reference for the revision of China's higher education quality evaluation system and to promote the improvement of the quality of university teaching.

Abstract: This paper proposed a new ubiquitous service platform for IOT (USPIOT) implementation based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), the platform combines materialized integration with virtual view and realizes real-time collection, real-time main memory database processing to solve the problem such as real-time heterogeneous data integration of different equipments. By providing a service development environment which enables to realize common services description, the USPIOT makes the various service applications and service operations of the IOT extracted, transformed, integrated, and then establishes a stable ubiquitous service implementation environment. The results show that this platform can realize lots of IOT service applications such as the environmental monitor and has a good scalability.

Abstract: This paper presents a neural network adaptive image edge detection method, and from neural network theory, this paper gives the formula of adaptive neural network algorithm; quantitative given the momentum factor and error, momentum factor and error on the weight vector of norm of the gradient of the quantitative relationship; and gives the algorithm flow diagram. Through experiment we get the conclusion: by using this adaptive neural network for image edge detection is feasible, and it has good generalization ability.

Abstract: Shape-based image retrieval is an important part of image retrieval. According to the shape of moment invariant features of image, a new method for shape based image retrieval is presented. Firstly the edges in the original image using Canny operator are detected, the moment invariants of the edge map are calculated, and the moment invariants as the shape features are automatically indexed. Then, the similarity metrics to accelerate the match are redefined. Finally, the aspect ratio was defined to improve the retrieval precision. Experimental results show that the new method can remove some irrelevant information related to shape in the original image and weaken its influence on the retrieval results to some extent. This new method is simple and efficient and it is of some practical significance. This image retrieval system for education has made a good search result.

Abstract: Cloud computing is a model for enabling convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction. Cloud computing allows new ideas, business concepts, and prototype systems to rapidly move to market, which represents a competitive advantage. Some cloud computing models and technologies are compared in this paper.

Abstract: We consider the synchronization problem of chaotic systems with uncertainties. We apply the fuzzy method to solve this problem, and the parameters of membership function are optimized by genetic algorithm, so that we can get the appropriate values for those parameters, and improve the ability of fuzzy controller. We carry out the simulations of synchronizing Henon chaotic systems with uncertainties, and the results show the effectiveness of this method.

Abstract: Abstract. This paper proposes China’s information technology-based smart energy system. The development in international and domestic energy industry is firstly analyzed in this paper. The definition, characteristics and architecture of the smart energy system is then presented. Abstract: This paper introduces new equipment for injection liquid inspection. The Intelligent Inspection Machine is based on linear CCD. The inspection platform, holding device and rotating and abruptly stopping station of this equipment are introduced, and the operating principle is illustrated. Image preprocessing is demonstrated in details, including filtering, segmentation and the calculated of particles. The experiments demonstrated that the intelligent inspection machine for injection liquid inspection based on linear CCD is feasible.
