Abstract: A set of accurate, effective and operable methodology can ensure the normalization, standardization and transparency of each operating link in the process of emission trading. On the basis of introducing the fundamental thought of emission trading, this paper summarizes the research achievements and methods of emission trading mechanism methodology, and indicates that the innovative research of emissions trading mechanism methodology provides significant technical support for the implementation of emission trading in China.

Abstract: Touristic Ecological Footprint (TEF) is a new tool of measuring the direct and indirect ecological impact of tourism industry in the context of consumption. A review of 77 TEF papers, published in the literature during the period 2004-2011 in China indicated that tourism industry has higher ecological impact. The Equivalent Local Residents (ELR) of most Chinese destination areas’ TEF was larger than EF per local resident. Transport and food are responsible for the majority of TEF of long-haul and short-haul tourism respectively.

Abstract: Recent studies about the relation between economic growth and environmental pollution are mainly focused on cross-country or the long-run change in an individual country, but give little consideration to the heterogeneity internal one country, which no one can afford to neglect. Making use of the data of 31 major cities from 2005 to 2010 in the case of China, this paper analyzes the economy-environment relation by employing Panel Data Model. The results indicate that there is an inverted N-shaped rather than the inverted S-shaped relation between the economic growth and the environmental degradation in the major cities, whereas the relation between the environmental pollution degree and the proportion of the second industry is positive and statistically significant. It is suggest that there is no uniform environmental policy to the different cities, and every city can develop its comparative advantage to increase the economy growth and improve the environmental condition at the same time.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the history of Baosteel Group and draws the conclusion that the development model of Baosteel Group is not sustainable. Abstract: Western Eco-socialist Ideas, combined product between the contemporary western eco-movement and socialist ideas, and important part of new socialist movement in the west, is the rising western social thought of the left wing since the 1960s and 1970s. Broadly speaking, eco-socialism can be divided into three closely-related parts, eco-Marxist theory, eco-socialism (narrowly) theory and the "red-green" political movement theory. Confronted with the increasingly serious eco-crisis, eco-socialism puts forward to build a harmoniously-developing socialist society of between people and nature, between people and people, and between people and society, on the basis of maintaining ecological balance, in establishing a sustainable model of economic development, health and peace of rational consumption mode, and aiming at harmonious interpersonal relationship as the main content. It throws light upon us in the socialist harmonious eco-construction for today. In reference to and on the basis of the ecological socialism valuable ideas, we aim to provide reference for the socialist harmonious ecological construction and development, and finally achieve China's economic, political, cultural and ecological and social harmonious development and progress, which is the purpose of this article.

Abstract: The main objective of this study is to verify the impact relation between perception of ecotourism, recreation experience, and willingness to revisit for the visitors to recreational farms. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the visitors to four recreational farms. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, and 342 effective questionnaires were collected. Statistical analysis of the data from this study shows: 1. perception of ecotourism directly and positively affects recreation experience; 2. perception of ecotourism directly and positively affects willingness to revisit; 3. recreation experience directly and positively affects willingness to revisit. Finally, the study will provide managerial suggestions for businesses.

Abstract: Along with agriculture development, a variety of peoblems have risen which effect agriculture industry cluster development badly. How to use the new development model to solve these problems is a subject worthy of study. The Scientific Outlook on Development is an ideological weapon to guide agricultural industry cluster. So this paper proposes the ecological, harmonious and recycling strategic thoughts of agricultural industry cluster sustainable development based on the perspective of the Scientific Outlook on Development.

Abstract: This paper first defines the elements and meaning of rural low-carbon economy. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper then analyses the government role in the development of rural low-carbon economy, for example, government should organize and coordinate the development of rural low-carbon economy, should increase the investment of rural low-carbon economy, and should supervise rural low-carbon economy development as well. Last, the paper gives some suggestions for government to follow in the future work.
