This paper analyzes the history of Baosteel Group and draws the conclusion that the development model of Baosteel Group is not sustainable. Then it puts forward such inspiration that it is very important to keep independent innovation, seize the initiative of the industrial chain and be alert in external cooperation for sustainable development of Chinese enterprises.
