Abstract: This thesis has designed a temperature control system which takes Micro controller Unit AT89S51 as the core. Temperature signal received from sensor DS18B20 is analysed by AT89S51. It adjusts temperature using relay heating wire and fan. 1602LCD display the current temperature value and buzzer could give an alarm. The system can detect and regulate temperature in real time. It contributes to production efficiency.

Abstract: In order to achieve the precise control of brushless DC motor better, the system utilizes powerful motion control performance and rich on-chip peripheral resources of 32-bit microprocessor LM3S811. combining with Pulse Width Modulation tecnology and Proportion Integration Differentiation closed-loop control algorithm based on feedback, designs a stable and efficient three-phase full-bridge inverter driver circuit and achieves a reliable control system of brushless DC motor based on ARM Cortex-M3 microprocessor platform. Low power and low cost performance will make the system has good market prospects and application value.

Abstract: Fault eigenvector, fault fuzzy vector and fuzzy relation matrix of the construction elevator is built on using the fuzzy recognition method in the fault diagnosis system of the elevator. On the basis of every fault membership obtained through fuzzy recognition, the equipment fault is confirmed according to max membership principle. The test shows it can effectively help to estimate cause of fault and to avoid the accidents when the fuzzy recognition method is used.

Abstract: Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is one of the most common plasticizers, it have a wide variety of industrial, agricultural and domestic applications. The degradation characteristics of DEHP in water by the advanced oxidation process O3, UV and UV/O3 were respectively studied. The effects of ozone concentration, DEHP concentration and pH on the removal rate of DEHP were investigated. The experimental results showed that UV was not able to remove DEHP significantly. However, O3 or the combination of O3 with UV could degrade DEHP effectively. Both the increase in the O3 concentration and the initial pH value of the system benefited the DEHP removal.

Abstract: Describes the successful experience of using explosive demolish a special structure thick-wall storehouse. According to the actual field, the disperse distance of the blasted rocks and the blasting vibration were controlled effectively by blasting scheme, the powder factor, blasting network, air-decking blasting technology and millisecond blasting technology. In addition, the blasting of foundation pit was finished by primary ignition, which guaranteed the satisfactory blasting effect as well as the safety of buildings and facilities near the blasting zone.

Abstract: When the variable frequency motor rotor failed, the harmonic components of stator current intensified, which makes the extraction of fault characteristics more difficult. To solve the problem, on-line detection way of rotor faults based on the MUSIC (Multiple Signal Classification) algorithm is presented, which the current signal of inverter DC side is acquired and processed by the algorithm to obtain the fault feature component. The experimental results show the method is simple and effective, which improve the reliability of the rotor fault diagnosis.

Abstract: Complex natural zeolite, fly ash, coment and adherent were chosen as the initial components for preparing biological filter haydite of 5- 7 mm in diameter used in wastewater. The haydite preparation using orthogonal of experiment measured the bulk density, apparent density, specific surface area, crushing strength and wear rate. According to the principles for making aggregates and the results of the orthogonal design method obtained the optimal ratios of the components and reaction time. The results show that zeolite quantity 60%, coment-to- fly ash 6:4 , adherent quantity 4%, zeolite haydite natural drying time 2.8 h, curing in tap-water 28 d. The microstructures and characters of zeolite aggregates were observed by scanning electronic microscope.

Abstract: At present , the catalytic combustion type gas sensors is still used in our country which is the extensive use of underground coal mine gas detection instrument , this kind of sensor slow response, calibration cycle is short, and the apparatus for the selectivity of methane is poor. Thus it can be seen that develop a safe and reliable, selective, high sensitivity of gas concentration measurement system that for mine safety operation, the personal safety and environment protection has a very important social significance and economic significance. Optical fiber sensing monitoring system according to the gas absorption spectrum principle with double light path structure on the mine gas online monitoring the concentration of the gas, has avoid the explosion, dust and so on many special advantages.

Abstract: A kind of silicone TQ resin was first synthesized with Dodecyltrimethoxysilane (WD10) and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) by sol-gel method. And the RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanized) silicone rubbers using as-synthesized TQ silicone resins as filler were prepared. Thermal degradation and mechanical properties of these RTV silicone rubbers were studied by means of thermogravimetric analysis and tensile testing. The experimental results showed that both mechanical properties and thermal stabilities of RTV silicone rubbers were significantly improved by using the as-synthesized TQ silicone resins as filler. The RTV silicone rubber can be used to make the molds of architectural components ornamentation. The aim is not only to repair architectural components with decoration, but also for further study and research of ancient architectural conservation.
