Abstract: This paper introduces environmental pollution and damage to human health caused by materials of waste mobile phones, discusses the necessity of recycling materials of waste mobile phones, analyzes the value of recycling materials in waste mobile phones and researches methods of recycling high molecular materials and metal materials in waste materials of mobile phones. This paper also put forward suggestions for China’s current situation about recycling materials of waste mobile phones, aiming to realize the sustainable development of resources recycling.

Abstract: In this paper, expropriation business process of general army-civilian equipment mobilization is firstly described in detail. Then, to resolve resources conflict that often appears in equipment expropriation, we establish a Petri net model of equipment expropriation business and estimate its average service time based on random Petri net. Moreover, we still give some advices on improving expropriation business process and provide an effective way to realize an efficient mode of operation for equipment expropriation business. Finally, we put forward an expropriation case to verify the method to be scientific and operable.

Abstract: The temperature in fiber drawing is one of the key factors influencing fiber’s performance. To the temperature measurement and control problem, the four-wire lead configuration of Pt100 with current excitation was adopted, the signal conditioning circuit includes constant current source, instrumentation amplifier and anti-aliasing filter. The computer collected signals from the conditioning circuit and output control signals by data acquisition card PCI-6221M. The software program was based on LabVIEW, the function relationship between resistance and temperature based on international thermometric scale and the digital filter were applied to calculate temperature. The improved PID control algorithm and the PWM technique were used to realize the temperature control. The experiment results show that the deviation is 0.71°C when the average temperature of the furnace center is 170.25 °C, which satisfies the design requirements.

Abstract: In terms of the condition of injection water after polymer flooding of Gudao oilfield, the following water quickly broke though the bank to the production wells, while most of residual oil remains in the formation. To solve the problem, two kind of petroleum sulfonates made in China are selected to form oil displacement agent (ODA) solution. The petroleum sulfonate available for crude oil of Gudao oilfield with the ultra-low interfacial tension is found by drawing an oil/water interfacial tension contour diagram. The results show that the interfacial tension can be lower than 3.6×10-4mN/m when the active agent contained with 0.25%KPS+0.225%APS, and the agent reduces water resistance of entering the hole to improve sweep coefficient and oil displacement efficiency. The existence of the polymer has no influence on the balanced value of interfacial tension, but just delays the interfacial tension to reach the balance. Pouring into 0.3 pore volume (PV) high-efficient ODA can improve 17% oil recovery. Synergistic effect of two kind of petroleum sulfonate with low cost to enhance oil recovery will have a great prospect for enhanced oil recovery (EOR)

Abstract: In this essay, the surface microstructure of infiltration casting of low-carbon ductile iron was studied in detail. The results show that the micro hardness from the cast infiltration layer to the matrix zone increased at first and then decreased, the maximum micro hardness was about HV1400, maternal surface hardness are greatly enhanced. Low carbon ductile iron can obtain good surface microstructure by using casting infiltration technology. The hardness of alloy layer on low carbon ductile iron matrix is greatly improved.

Abstract: The reducibility of oxide-ion conductors La2Mo2-Ywyo9(y=0, 0.1) were studied in the reducing atmosphere of 5%H2+Ar by means of impedance spectroscopy measurement. 5% W-doped La2Mo2-Ywyo9 can enhance the conductivity and improve the reducibility in the temperature range from 275oC to 650oC.

Abstract: In this article, the Ce-TiO2 have been prepared by Sol-gel method to study the photocatalytic activity of Ce-TiO2 photocatalyst.The effects of doping ratio on the crystal structure, Absorption spectrum and photocatalytic degradation of methylene were studied and characterized by X-ray diffraction and UV–visible spectrometer.The results indicate:with the increase of the CeO2 doping content to TiO2, the absorption efficiency of the Ce-TiO2 correspondingly increases. When CeO2 doping content is 50%, the absorbing wavelength threshold value reaches the highest 520nm .The rate of degradation on methylene of the sample is higher than that of Degause P25 after 4h irradiated by sunshine. When the ratio is 11%, the degradation rate reaches the highest 87%. The paper systemical investigate the relationships between CeO2 doping tatio, microstructure, and macro-performances of Ce-TiO2 for the first time.These results provide guild for the future inductrical production of efficient photocatalyst.

Abstract: To study the spectrum of lithium plasma, the resonance escape factors of three resonance absorption lines that making up the LiⅠ671nm line are discussed theoretically, for both Lorentzian profile and Voigt profile. The number density of the absorbing atoms in the ground state, the oscillator strength, and the optical depth at the line center are also discussed in the calculation. The abundance of lithium relative to hydrogen is evaluated.The results we calculated are in good agreement with the experimental results. This calculation will be significant in the research of plasma lithium plasma.

Abstract: N-La co-doped TiO2 has been synthesized via sol-gel process. The XRD result showed that the structure of N-La co-doped TiO2 was anatase. Their performance of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue under visible light were investigated. The combined effects of catalyst compsition, calcination temperature, catalyst amount and reaction temperature on catalyst activity were investigated. Experiment results depicted that activeness of catalyst N2.5La0.5/TiO2 calcinated at 500°C for 2h was highest. Using this catalyst, when the catalyst amount was 0.35 g/L, the reaction temperature was 40°C the degradation rate of mehylene blue in 4h could reach 96.5%.

Abstract: Silver nanowires with lenghths of several hundred micrometers and diameters of 90~150 nm were prepared by glucose and Fe3+ in the presence of poly (vinyl pyrrolidone). The results show that the concentration of poly (vinyl pyrrolidone), Fe3+ and AgNO3 are the vital factors to determine the shape of the final products. The growth kinetics of the as-synthesized silver nanowires with high aspect ratios are also discussed in this work. This silver nanowires are expected to form the network used for excellent conductors or electrodes.
