Abstract: The research object is the variable-rate fertilization controlling system with the embedded computer as its core. On the basis of the XSBase270-S development platform and Windows CE operating system, this paper has presented the hardware structure of variable-rate fertilization controlling system, GPS data collection process, GPS data processing procedure, the flow sensor reading program and the controlling system of fertilization device, which are operated in a concurrent execution mode through the synchronic mechanism with the final purpose of achieving the variable-rate fertilization in an automatic and intelligent pattern.

Abstract: Automatic communication problem was always difficult for installation of industry supervision control system. ‘3Stages’ debug strategy was proposed and discussed for Adam 6022 in detail in this paper, which was composed by three steps which included address setup, port search and Graphical Condition Logic (GCL) test; and this strategy was proved effective after practical industry application.

Abstract: The intersection is the critical node in city, and has important influence on traffic flow. Whether the intersection is controlled reasonably is the key to the safety and efficiency of the intersection. In view of the current urban intersections lack of signal control mode, typical intersection of Beijing Huairou is selected as main object of study. LOS is chosen as Performance Index, 2000 simulation tests of different levels of demand are designed by using Traffic simulation software, each test is made respectively with pre-timed control and semi-actual control. The Choose figures are given as the base of the intersection control types and comprehensive benefits for intersection analysis.

Abstract: Vehicle detection and tracking are the foundations of traffic violation punishment. The current methods have more parameters to be adjusted and can not adapt to the complex traffic scenes. For the purpose of practice application, we propose an illegal parking detection algorithm based on vehicle tracking theory. In order to filter the dynamic interferences such as vehicles parking for a long time, moving vehicles overlapping, and the vehicle losing momentarily from the video, a Gaussian mixture model is combined with the correlations among adjacent pixels to update background and eliminate noises. In allusion to complex traffic scenes, a fast multi-object tracking algorithm is presented to track occluded vehicles effectively. This method predicts vehicle trajectory by Kalman filter and achieves real-time object tracking state judgment by using the feature matching matrix. The experimental results show that this method can track multiple moving vehicles effectively and has high detection precision for illegal parking incidents.

Abstract: Along with the development of information technology, the information security of power industry is becoming an important problem in the stability of power systems. In order to solve the key distribution problems of feeder automation system, a key agreement and mutual authentication scheme based on elliptic curve cryptograph techniques is proposed. The mutual authentication and agreement on a secure session key is realized, between feeder terminal unit (FTU) and regional substation. By using the ECC techniques, greater security with fewer bits is provided. As the result, the requirement of bandwidth is decreased, furthermore, computational burden and storage requirement is also lowered on the FTU.

Abstract: PID control schemes have been widely used for industrial process systems over the past several decades. Recently, by combining traditional PID method with modern intelligent control scheme, various control design methodologies have been proposed such as fuzzy PID, neural PID and PID self-tuning by pattern recognition. However, the serious problem here is that the controller parameters must be suitably adjusted according to the property of the controlled object, which often changes gradually. Many identification methods are introduced to cope with this problem, among which the neural network identification is widely used. Generally a static network cannot adequately approximate a dynamic system and the training speed of dynamic network is very slow while the convergence cannot be guaranteed. Moreover, if the range of system uncertainty is very wide, the control performance becomes quite conservative. In this paper, a kind of objects with the wide range of uncertainty is considered and a novel control scheme with switching structure is proposed. A PID-type fuzzy neural network(PFNN) is designed as the controller and optimized by offline quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization(QPSO) with chaos strategy and online error back propagation tuning. The least square support vector machines (LS_SVMs) are introduced to determine the suitable controller parameters by switching and identifying the controlled object. Finally, the simulation results show the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.

Abstract: The fact that development and construction of electric energy information systems are based on different time periods and business needs results in the distribution of electric energy information in geographically dispersed databases, but in many cases there is need to browse, query, analyze and do other operations on all of the electrical energy information. Therefore, the integration of electric energy information is a key issue in the current power marketing work. This paper, based on current popular data integration methods, designs a distributed electric energy information integration and management model utilizing Oracle products to meet different business needs. It also gives a detailed description of the model structure and various components therein. Finally a brief analysis is given on the advantages and significance of this proposed platform.

Abstract: System of systems operation, as the main war mode in information war era, step into the war stage. Battle damage assessment (BDA) is the efficient way to realize accurate attack and enhance system of systems operation effectiveness. It is also a key point to realize the closed loop for operation command and an important composing part to form operation capability for system of systems operation. The operation requirements of BDA for system of systems operation are analyzed, based on which the requirement analyses object is established. BDA requirement models for System of systems operation are established including organization structure model, activity process model, information process model and function hierarchy model, which lay a foundation for BAD theory study and its theory system establishment.

Abstract: Decentralized multi-project environment is very common in modern times, and the dynamic resource control problem for this project environment has attracted more attention. Traditional optimization method for multi-project based on the centralization in decision making does not suit for solving this problem any more. In this paper, we analyze the distributed decision making process for the dynamic resource control in the decentralized multi-project environment, and present a multi-agent system model for this problem. Using combinatorial exchange based on market, we design a negotiation mechanism to cope with the time disruptions in the stage of project execution. Computational results show that the combinatorial exchange mechanism could solve the problem effectively and has a powerful controllability for the different weights of the multiple projects.

Abstract: Implementing smart grid demands a wide area communication network for connecting all the feeder equipments, consumers’ meters and high-consuming appliances, etc, for both utilities’ and consumers’ applications. Using power line itself as a communication medium is an ideal solution for construction of a cost-effective and high speed transmission network. A new flooding-based routing protocol has been developed. The PLC (Power Line Communication) network performances of this protocol are evaluated using theoretical analysis.
