Abstract: The 3D-model of lift transporter frame was assembled by the parts, whose 3D-models were established under UG. And the finite element model was achieved in ANSYS/ Workbench. Four different analysis conditions were developed and the static properties of the frame in various conditions were analyzed by ANSYS/Workbench. The analysis results indicate that the design of the special frame is feasible.

Abstract: The Ostrovsky equation is used to describe the oceanic waves affected by Earth rotation. The auxiliary elliptic equation was employed as a direct method to construct the evolution solutions for the Ostrovsky equation in this manuscript. Detailed analysis of evolution solutions of the Ostrovsky equation is presented. The periodic solutions, which read Jacobi elliptic function solutions, hyperbolic solutions and trigonal solutions, are obtained. More parameters are included in the evolution solutions, the parameter space is enlarged. This method adds a new route to explore evolution solutions of nonlinear differential equation in a perspective from auxiliary elliptic equation.

Abstract: Nowadays, geographical computation presents to be distributed, parallel, and diversification application trend. Influence of problem scale and response speed requirement received more attention. And high performance computational systems, such as “TianHe 1-A”, provides a new generation of hardware supports. In order to make full use of these high performance computational resources, appropriate and efficient parallel algorithms are needed. New parallel computing optimization technique of the geography is proposed in this paper by designing new parallel algorithms for slope analysis. We implement it based on CUDA. Experimental results with random DEM data in uniform distribution validate our methods.

Abstract: Forced cooling measures need to be adopted in order to ensure the thick walled ductile iron casting solidification within the stipulated time. In this paper, the thick walled ductile iron casting for spent-nuclear-fuel container is used as the research object. The technology of outside mold has been identified in the actual production process. Through physical simulation experiment, the thickness of the outside the chills can be determined, and the cooling effect of chills is verified. The results show that cooling conditions have a decisive effect on the eutectic solidification, the residence time of eutectic platform and the time of casting solidification.

Abstract: In this paper temperature field of multi-coil during batch annealing process in strong forced convective hydrogen atmosphere of Bell-type furnace was simulated, and the influences of heat transferring between steel coil and air flow under a given condition on the temperature field of the steel coil were studied. And then, the temperature field of a single and three coils steel plate were calculated during reheating, holding and cooling process according to the measured annealing curves. The simulated results show that the same trend of temperature in different steel coils. However, considering the heat radiation of steel coil, temperature variation in the topside of coil is higher than that in the bottom of coil.

Abstract: Barrel clamp is widely used in metallurgy factories to convey steel barrels as specialized holding equipments. It is baked by barrel under high temperature during in working time, which will cause unfavorable effect to the performance of the clamp parts, especially hydraulic system. The thermal field of the hydraulic system was analyzed, which will be quantified to really reflect the temperature distribution of the hydraulic system. According to Analysis of the temperature distribution of the hydraulic oil, it can check the rationality of the materials with anti-radiation and heat insulation chosen.

Abstract: In order to study the effects of work roller diameter on shape of strip in cold strip rolling process, the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was employed to simulate rolling process of 2mm thickness stainless steel. It is found that the average of stress decrease along with the increasing diameter of the work roller. But this variation is about 1%.The stressstrain curve go more steady and the shape of strip become better along with the decreasing of the work roller diameter. In this paper the three kinds of rolling process will produce tiny waves edge. The waves edge was the most obvious when the work roller diameter is 60mm.

Abstract: Since that rollers of a certain type of bridge inspect vehicle were worn seriously in the process of using, a multi-contact dynamic model was set up utilizing ADAMS and SolidWorks. The Poison Model was used to describe the contact relationship between rollers and vertical truss. After dynamic analysis and calculation of contact forces by ADAMS, time-contact force curves were drawn. The curves proved that the results were consistent with the actual situation, so that the simulation process was verified.

Abstract: Due to obvious predominances of airing, daylighting and so on, metallic mesh is widely applied in electromagnetic shielding projects. In this paper, we introduce the EMI technique, which the metal material is applied in shielding the strong electromagnetic wave interference on some frequency region in field space, and analyze the electromagnetic shielding principle of the metal plate and the metallic mesh. The design method and the actual manufacture about the shielding system are also given. The test result shows that the system’s shielding effectiveness is practical and effective.

Abstract: To appraise the thermal shock resistance of carbon-containing refractories correctly, its thermal stress changes in thermal shock tests were analyzed by finite element method, and the mathematical model appraising its thermal shock fracture was built. The results show when the sample of carbon-containing refractory suffers thermal shock, the main damaged areas lie its centre during sharp heating process, but the sides during quenching process. The later is the main reason causing its damage. When appraising the thermal shock resistance of carbon-containing refractory by dip spalling method, the result matches fracture index.
