Abstract: Security is an important consideration in next generation Internet, where Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack is still a serious threat, especially when Internet of Things is taken into account. To defend against DDoS, capability based Traffic Validation Architecture (TVA) is an excellent candidate. However, there are some shortcomings which make it not so practical, e.g., it has large capability overhead and some DoS attacks could escape from it. To overcome these problems, we proposed the autonomic system based architecture: ASTVA, which created and verified capability using autonomic system as the basic defense unit. In ASTVA, two kinds of sub-capabilities were provided and serveral system security levels were given by mixing the two kinds of sub-capabilities; several key parameters were adjusted dynamically to enhance system flexibility; and an anti-shrew function was added to TVA to make it more robust against low-rate DoS attacks. Finally, we gave out several simulation tests and the results show that ASTVA is more robust and flexible than TVA and is more practical to real world security.

Abstract: In this paper, the development model and system architecture of WebGIS application based on Ajax is introduced. Combined with the platform of SuperMap IS .net, the developing method for WebGIS application is discussed in detail. By utilizing the technique of Ajax, the problem existed between Server and Client can be effectively solved, and the asynchronous interaction between Browser and Server is easy to be implemented. As a consequence, redundancy is decreased to enhance the Server performance.

Abstract: Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS) has drawn numerous attentions from developers, and it has much effect on our lives for its combination of Internet and GIS technology. This paper presents a component based WebGIS development framework. In the proposed system, Supermap IS .Net is used as the basic platform, and ASP.NET as the web application development environment, where Ajax is considered as the method for asynchronous communication. Moreover, the technology of component is employed for the construction of an extensible framework for WebGIS applications.

Abstract: In ZigBee network, the network address assignment scheme is simple, but it restricts the child device number of some parent and the maximum network depth. And the scheme can not ensure all the devices to assign the addresses, even if there are some remaining address spaces. So some devices that are called orphan nodes can not join the network. Based on deeply studying the network formation in ZigBee network, an improved orphan nodes-reduced (IONR) mechanism has been proposed in this paper: using the two reserved bits in beacon payload fully according to the features of ZR and ZED; modifying the connection of joining nodes and potential parents by using the reserved bits and additional commands. The mechanism could reduce the orphan nodes and effectively improve the connectivity of ZigBee network, which avoided additional overhead based on constant length of beacon payload.

Abstract: Rice edge detection is the first step on obtaining rice image feature. In this paper, an improved Canny edge detection algorithm was represented to obtain thin and robust rice edges. Firstly, nonlinear diffusion filter was used to wipe of noise efficiently and kept the edge information of the image. Secondly, gradient calculation of pixel diagonal direction was considered in the calculation of neighborhood gradient amplitude which further repressed the impact of noise. Thirdly, using average interclass variance could self-adaptively calculate the double thresholds for different images. The results of the experiment indicate that the improved algorithm has a better accuracy and precision in the edge detection.

Abstract: Lung CT images tumor automatic recognition method combined parameter optimization of regional growth with matMCSVMs (Matrix-mode within-class scatter support vector machine) was proposed to reduce the influence of lung CT image segmentation and support vector (SVM) identification in computer aided the tumor detection. Firstly, in view of the main problems existing in the traditional region growing, such that the initial seed point was too sensitive to select and the growth constraint criterion was difficult to determine, 2D PCA (2D principal component analysis) method was put forward. Secondly, a new growth criteria based on watershed range diagram was also designed for image segmentation. And then, aiming at the current problem that it was hard to compute the decision vector iterative operation in the matMCSVMs, a new method with a preprocessing conjugate gradient descent was used to optimize solution process and improve the classifier identification accuracy. The experimental results show that the methods are effective.

Abstract: The status of transportation industry development of China has shown the necessity and urgency of the development of intelligent transportation systems. This article proposed a segmentation algorithm of traffic prohibited region based on wavelet transform. Based on the de-noising and image enhancement, sharpening pretreatment of the traffic video image captured on real-time, the algorithm combines the method determining the quadrilateral based on the sample images manually with the image segmentation based on wavelet transform in order to get the segmentation of traffic prohibited region which will be used in the detection of vehicle pressing highway central line region. The experimental results show that in the algorithm not only meet the real-time requirement of foundations but also improves the successful rate of detection results.
