Abstract: A double-battery charging/discharging management system, which is applied in the notebook computer, is proposed and analyzed in this paper. The main circuit of the system is based on a charger chip and a micro card is used as an intelligent controller. The system controls the charge and discharge of double battery through software programming. Experiment shows that this system can fast and safe charge.

Abstract: The dynamic voltage restorer shows promise in providing a cost effective solution for the protection of sensitive loads from voltage sags. DVR as an important electrical installation has attracted many domestic and foreign researchers’ attention. The paper discusses the voltage compensation strategy in a DVR. At first the working principle and the basic structure of the DVR are described in detail, and then based on typical topology, the advanced theory analysis of DVR compensation strategy are put forward, and an overview of studies on the advanced compensation strategy is provided. Finally, the future research trends of the DVR compensation strategy are discussed.

Abstract: In the traditional single-phase grid-connected photovoltaic(PV) system, the output grid-current has the shortcoming of high harmonic distortion rate. In order to solve the problem, an improved method on the inverter is proposed. The inverter consists of full-bridge circuit and auxiliary circuit. With the multi-carrier PWM, the inverter produces output voltages in five levels, which can reduce the THD of the grid current. At the same time, the hysteresis comparison method is introduced into traditional MPPT algorithm, which greatly avoids the oscillation problem of the maximum power point. At last, the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: This paper addresses numerical problem when using poly-reference least square complex frequency-domain identification (p-LSCF) in narrow bandwidth. To solve this problem, a transformation using frequency scaling and shifting is proposed, which enable us to have a well conditioned p-LSCF algorithm. Finally, the cantilever test measurements are used to validate the conclusions of the paper. The results show that the enhanced p-LSCF algorithm with great numerical stability, clearer stabilization diagram and better modal identification.

Abstract: The capacitance between two terminals of a single conductor working with time-dependent signals is defined by the amount of energy stored in the electric field outside the conductor. A simple approach for calculating the capacitance is presented in this paper, which only needs the computation of an electrostatic field. The approach is derived based on two assumptions, (1) the distribution of potentials on the conductor surface is almost the same, created by a time-dependent current and a direct current flowing in the conductor, (2) the distribution of the potential created by a direct current in the conductor can be modeled by an electrostatic field, in which the conductor is replaced by a dielectric with high permittivity. The approach is only suitable for low-frequency situations, where the displacement current and the inductive electric field can be disregarded.

Abstract: Job Shop Scheduling Problem (JSSP) is a famous NP-hard problem in scheduling field. The concentration of JSSP is to find a feasible scheduling plan to figure out the earliest completion time under machine and processing sequence constraints. At present, genetic algorithm has been widely adopted in varies of operation research problems including JSSP, and good performance have been achieved. However, few work have stress the selection of varies operators when implemented for JSSP. Using benchmark problems, this paper compares the effect of crossover and mutation operators on genetic algorithm for JSSP.

Abstract: Enterprise asset management system can help to reduce operating costs, improve the management level of enterprise, and the relevant industry expert knowledge contained in this system can provide a unified management platform for all key assets of enterprise. To build an information center of enterprise asset management that is cross-industry and cross-area, cloud computing technology should be introduced to build cloud computing platform of asset management. The construction needs of asset management cloud platform are analyzed, and the cloud computing characteristics of platform construction is studied in this paper. Afterwards, the system architecture and key technologies of constructing the cloud computing platform for enterprise asset management are put forward.
