Abstract: The popular fuzzy c-means algorithm based on Euclidean distance function converges to a local minimum of the objective function, which can only be used to detect spherical structural clusters. Gustafson-Kessel clustering algorithm and Gath-Geva clustering algorithm were developed to detect non-spherical structural clusters. However, Gustafson-Kessel clustering algorithm needs added constraint of fuzzy covariance matrix, Gath-Geva clustering algorithm can only be used for the data with multivariate Gaussian distribution. In GK-algorithm, modified Mahalanobis distance with preserved volume was used. However, the added fuzzy covariance matrices in their distance measure were not directly derived from the objective function. In this paper, an improved Normalized Supervised Clustering Algorithm Based on FCM by taking a new threshold value and a new convergent process is proposed. The experimental results of real data sets show that our proposed new algorithm has the best performance. Not only replacing the common covariance matrix with the correlation matrix in the objective function in the Normalized Supervised Clustering Algorithm.

Abstract: Distributed artificial intelligence is an important branch of the artificial intelligence, Agent and Multi-agent system are important aspects of distributed artificial intelligence research. This paper mainly introduce some research and exiting problems about Agent and Multi-agent system in recent years, including the Agent concept, characteristics and structure, Multi-agent system concept, structure and the coordination problem. Finally, I look forward to the development trend of Agent and Multi-agent system.

Abstract: The detailed analysis in shengli coalfield, two East open-pit coal mine geological , hydro-geological characteristics and groundwater recharge, Runoff, drainage patterns. And on the analysis results of this analysis are mining areas of conceptual models of hydrogeology, numerical calculation method based on Visual Modflow first mining district 4 coal mine water water-bearing rock group. This article by multiple regression method using logging parameter estimation of permeability coefficient, solved in numerical simulation used in hydrological study on permeability coefficient of hole to determine does not meet the need of traditional issues.

Abstract: With the development of network technology and the wide use of the Internet, QoS has attracted wide attention. Queue scheduling algorithm of Router is an important core technology of the network resource management for QoS. Through controlling usage of the link bandwidth of the different type groups, the different traffics have the different levels of service. Based on the analysis and modeling of FIFO, PQ, and WFQ scheduling algorithms, the simulation experiment simulate three different priority video conferencing traffic, and apply FIFO, PQ, and WFQ scheduling algorithms on the bottleneck link. The simulation results compare network delay of FIFO, PQ, and WFQ scheduling algorithms, and describe the various queue scheduling algorithm characteristics.

Abstract: An accurate and efficient artificial neural network (ANN) based genetic algorithm (GA) is presented for predicting hypotension during general anesthesia. The genetic algorithm global optimization characteristics are used to optimize the BP neural network weights, and learning samples are trained and modeled by BP neural network with optimal parameters. The simulation experiment is carried out with MATLAB. The result indicated that the model forecasting results are close with the actual results and meet the accuracy requirement to General Anesthesia.

Abstract: This study improves the neural network algorithm that was presented by J.J.Hopfield for solving TSP(travelling salesman problem) and gets an effective algorithm whose time complexity is O(n*n), so we can solve quickly TSP more than 500 cities in microcomputer. The paper considers the algorithm based on the replacement function of the V Value. The improved algorithm can greatly reduces the time and space complexities of Hopfield method. The TSP examples show that the proposed algorithm could efficiently find a satisfactory solution and has a fast convergence speed.

Abstract: In order to change to current situation of difficult to draw ventilation network drawings and reach the purpose of high-efficiently generate ventilation network drawings, after the study many kinds of current drawing methods, the technology of automatically generate and edit ventilation network drawings using the method of AutoCAD secondary development based on .Net Framework is put forward. Focus on the principles and algorithms of automatically generate and edit ventilation network drawings, and based on this, a software is developed and applied. The application results show that the ventilation network drawings generated by the software is completely comply with rules of drawing ventilation network drawings. At the same time, taking advantage of step imitating technology, the function of dynamic and visual edition is realized. This method and software meets the demand of on-field engineers to draw ventilation network drawings and greatly improve the working efficiency.

Abstract: Error-controlling codes is "communication principle" and "information encoding "of the course of important content, this section theoretical level, content abstract, students generally feel learning difficulties. At present many textbooks used more Matlab software to help readers better hold the content of study, but which needs programming, and the effect is not very ideal. In the paper, the author try to use the Systemview simulation software auxiliary teaching, and with (7,4) hamming as an example to illustrate the whole process. Teaching practice shows that the software is convenient to use, the effect is intuitive, and achieved good teaching effect, and display Systemview in communication simulation of powerful functions and superiority.
