The Research of Distribute Temperature Monitoring System Early Warning Fire in Coal Belt Conveyor

Article Preview

Abstract:

The lack of mine belt conveyor fire early warning system of the original mainly manifested: Belt conveyor of coal mine special working environment is not conducive to fire warning system installation and repair detection; The roller at work does not stop rotating, Cause fire early warning system can not effectively monitor each idler roller. The author uses the DTS for belt conveyor used for reconstruction technical analysis. Specific technical reformation key issues include: Reasonable installation design makes the DTS system can be fully applied; In the roller for continuous temperature measurement of the flange joint attenuation data analysis Distributed temperature system ( DTS ) is a new high-tech products e reasons In the domestic fire warning system with application fields are currently not many .But it gradually expanded, From a single temperature detection, to the dam, tunnel fire warning. More applications are being developed as potential safety hazard in coal mines: very high places ,Need more advanced fire warning system , In the doctoral program foundation of State Education Ministry funded by Chongqing University in 1987 and the first in the country in the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement technology research, completed a feasibility study[1].Erdos Group Based on distributed optical fiber temperature monitoring system in coal mine belt conveyor fire warning system combining, obtained good results.
